My ""Amazon Services Plumber"" declined the faucet install because it was welded in at the factory LOL.
I called the nearest plumber to my location with a five star review rating.
They are very responsive in calling back after hours.
I requested a plumber with a lot of patience because two plumbers had already started working on the bathroom faucet install in an older home.

Nick sent out Andy and he was familiar with replacing this type of faucet and had done one recently. I paid a lot more than the fixed low price from home depot or Amazon yet sometimes you get what you pay for and this time I was rewarded with a faucet that works and hot water finally after years of it being broken with no parts easily available.

Highly recommended because of my great experience with Nick in the office and Andy in the field who is a super efficient, nice, patient, clean, professional, and a very well trained plumber.

We needed a plumber to replace a ruptured water tubing for fridge water line which caused flooding under the cabinets. They scheduled the work immediately and arrived within an hour. Even though the rupture was in a hard to fix location, they fixed it without cutting or damaging the cabinets. Highly recommend.

Erasmo..the way you take care of your customers and business is inspiring.

I've had a spray hose and new faucet installed at my restaurant in Palo Alto.
I've contacted 5 different companies. I had no idea how hard the process of getting a professional to do the job could be.
People didn't show up..or showed up late and never followed back with an estimate, people who came in to perform the work didn't have the right tools, prices kept changing...not a fun experience.

Erasmo came in extremely professional and friendly.
Explained the process gave me a really good price to get the job done and got everything done better than expected and on the spot.
Couldn't ask for more than this and I am happy that I have found Superior Plumbing.

Mike worked hard to get me hot water back in the house.
Now i can take a shower without pans of hot water on the floor of the shower stall.
Thanks for that.
It was going to be a two day thing but he fully replaced the hot water heater, all in the same day. ( The old one was ""blurp-burbling"" with clogged pipes. )

Mike worked hard and was fun to talk to. It turned from trouble to a happy day.

Mike from Superior Plumbing is the man! A hot water shut off valve had to be replaced in a unit in a condo complex and Mike was able to figure out how to get the hot water to the building shut off in order to replace the valve. Numerous plumbers have had issues getting the water to the building shut off but Mike was able to figure it out. Mike saved the day!

Reliable, trustworthy plumber that really takes the time and care to explain things and do a good job. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the membership packages they offered, but it's an optional service so you have the flexibility to decide if it's the right fit for you.

Now for the details: over time, two of my faucet fixtures had come so loose that I could no longer close the faucets without hitting the back wall and and my tub's faucet was dripping. It wasn't a large job, but it was definitely something I needed to get fixed. I asked for quotes from a few places and only Superior Plumbing and another plumbing company replied. The first plumbing company came to look at it and said that I would have to replace all of my faucets. He clarified why, but spoke down to me so I decided to get a second opinion. Erasmo came the next day. First off, he did a much more thorough job of examining what was wrong and saw that one of the faucet parts had completely eroded and needed to be replaced. Then, for the other sink and the tub, he was able to make repairs without completely replacing the parts--saving me a lot of money. He took the time to explain what the issues and options were to me and gained my trust. I also really appreciated his support team for spending time scouring the internet to find my same style of faucet (which has been discontinued). As an added bonus, I was also having problems with my Jacuzzi jets that I wasn't planning on fixing, but since he had experience with those, he took care of that for me too. Really appreciated that he had such a wide range of experience to address my different needs.

We had our hardwood floors rising at home and were worried about any leaks. Homeguard suggested superior plumbing to us. I called them and I got an appt the next day at 9 am. They were quick to respond. They sent text updates on the date and time of appointment, who the assigned plumber is and when he is en route. I was impressed by the quickness and the great quality of service for simply scheduling an appointment. Our assigned plumber was Mike Martin and he arrived on time. When we told him the issue he quickly went out to check the meter outside. He came back and told us there are no leaks and showed it to us in the meter reading. Then he came inside the house and took a look at the floors. He also used his flashlight under the crawl space and mentioned there are no leaks and nothing to be worried about. To confirm, he also used a leak detector so we can be sure there are no leaks at all. I highly recommend Mike and superior plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Our water heater conked out one evening. Browsing thru Yelp, I was impressed with their very quick response time. Scheduled a visit with them. Next day, I worked with Ryan and Mike from Superior Plumbing. They did fast and quality work on replacing my water heater. In addition, they presented me a very competitive quote and reasonable cost making it easier to decide and work with them.
