Had them replace water heater in 2019, Looks like the glue on the fumes exhaust PVC did not hold, pipe was too short for new heater and the Pipe came off sometime after installation.

Since the place is rented and the heater is in balcony, we did not notice the issue till 2022. called Superior and they sent someone to fix. They acknowledge the initial job was not done correctly, they should have replaced the PVC. in first place.

They replace the exhaust pipe without any hassle and I never saw the bill for fixing the mistake.

Good customer service = repeat business

***** Five star service by Adrian Gonzalez of Superior Plumbing. His accurate diagnostics save me lots of money. His office called to say they were on there way and he showed up on time. He did a great job on the replacement of ""a"" temporary leak fix with copper pipe. He is professional and knows his business. When he left he cleaned up the access and all the debris the first ""plumber"" left under the house. Adrian G. is a poliote Gentleman I would have come back to do any work at my home. Christian was our technician. He came to our house TWICE. We asked him to submit to our insurance company for the drain pipe and other leaks we were having. Instead he didn't send them anything and asked them to bill us $1040 for him to do the work. We also have a broken soap dispenser which he was unable to fix and told us he would order us a new one since it was covered by our insurance. He never did that either. Total waste of time. I would suggest you find a better, reliable Plummer who doesn't rip you off.

I am very impressed with Superior Plumbing and specially how they handled my projects. Kudos to Andy who kept me updated and did an excellent job with replacing complete sewer line from the house to the city line. If you have project like this where old sewer line is bad or damaged due to tree roots than don't go anywhere else. Go to Andy at superior.

They accidentally cut our wire for irrigation when fix the water leak, we asked them to come back and fix that but they said they don't know how to fix. Then we paid another $70 to a gardener for that.
