We had to have our water heater replaced... They worked closely with our Home Warranty Company to get the work approved and to get the work completed efficiently and timely. The technicians are very courteous and polite. The work was done rapidly and everything was cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend Superior Plumbing.

I had installed a clean out and we are noticed that it was not property installed from city inspection. We are in the moment to replace the clean out. I requested to reimburse my expense for this improper clean out installation and waiting for response from this company.

Great service! Andy showed a great amount of personal care for our issue and stuck with it until it was repaired.
We had a broken shower diverter and there was no markings on our product to show the manufacturer. We had been trying for over 3 years to get it fixed and had about 10 different plumbers come to look at it and not a single one was willing to do the work and reseach to find. Many said they would look for the replacement part but never got back to us or if when we followed up with them they said they couldn't find the brand and couldn't fix it or didn't work on European brands etc. We had over 3 years of delays, excuses and no responses or call backs.
Several plumbers couldn't even figure out how to take the diverter cap off and so said we needed to cut into the dry wall on the other side of the shower wall.
Finally Andy came along and even though he didn't know right away the brand he spent the time following up with his sources until he found the brand and parts, ordered them from England and once arrived came installed them.
This was all done through our home warranty company which dosen't pay their contracted repair companies for research time, only for installing and parts. Andy and Superior plumbing did this all on their own time to make sure we got our shower fixed. It's partly because of not being paid for research that other plumbers made little to no effort to find the needed repair parts.

Good prompt service. Got the job done pretty fast.
I called the day before and left a message. For some reason. I body called so I called around noon for my
Clogged sync and technician came out within 3 hours. Brought all equipment perfect for commercial building and got it done. Overall satisfied on quality speed and price.

These guys are great and get the problem fixed. Had Octavio come over and clear out a very badly clogged shower drain. Very professional and cleaned up the mess after the job! Will call them again, if needed..

Andy came to fix 2 problems - 1) 2 kitchen sinks getting backed up & 2) leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. Not only did he fix both problems, but he also gave me great tips on how to avoid those problems in the future. Great guy, courteous, hard working and honest. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star was the mix up in schedule. They sent Andy out for an emergency early in the morning and he ended up arriving late. But he was honest about the reason.
