When my wife decided she didn't like the thermostat, they came back and replaced with the color and size she wanted. They went the extra mile! Ryan Houts, a tall 24-year old energetic repairman came over to fix our noisy furnace free of charge since they had been out here working on it in October and we just recently noticed a noise under certain conditions. He cheerfully spent maybe a half an hour diagnosing and fixing the problem. The previous repairman, Mike, also did a super job so it was no fault of his that we didn't catch the noise until later. I highly recommend the company--we have a 38-year old furnace that still works fine mainly because we've had yearly maintenance calls from them, at our request, to make sure everything was safe and working properly. We think that's one of the major reasons it has lasted so long. Highly recommended. Dale Harder, Castro Valley.

I received a red tag gas shut off from PG&E on a Monday. Called out our regular plumber immediately. All problems and no solutions through Wednesday afternoon (and we were without gas). Called Superior Mechanical on Wednesday late afternoon. They had the problem fixed and gas back on by Thursday midday. Even better, they sent a tech we know and trust for our HVAC service. This made me feel safe, as I was out of the office in a meeting all day and had to assign the task to a teammate. It feels good to be able to rely on them as we do. Thank you!!

I am amazed what a fantastic job Superior did today. Robert Richards arrived at 8:30 a.m and worked without any break until 3:30 pm. He replaced my water heater in the garage and my gas shut off valve behind my stove. He was meticulous in his work. Skilled and very professional. Did not leave behind any debris and cleaned up everything in his path. Very informative. Explained to me what he was doing, why, how it works, and what to do in an emergency situation. He even helped me repair the back legs of my stove that had been broken off my another vendor. Above and beyond the call of duty. What a polite young man. Robert is an asset to his employer! He told me Jennifer was his supervisor and I will be calling her as well. Very satisfied customer
