Company Overview

Established in 1986, Superior has a long history of service. The journey of Superior Mechanical, Inc. began in 1986 within the basement of Joe and Anita Millikan's home in Randleman, NC, located just south of Greensboro. Within a year, we had expanded beyond the basement and found a new office and warehouse in Sophia. Our first facility was a modest 1,600 square feet, housing a team of three. Over the next eight years, we expanded our Sophia location more than six times, reaching 9,800 square feet, while our sales skyrocketed from $200,000 annually to over $12,000,000. We relocated in May 2000 to a larger facility at 162 Pointe South Drive in Randleman, which more than doubled our previous space and included offices, an air duct fabrication shop, and bases for our diverse divisions.

Our operations have evolved from providing only residential services to incorporating a large commercial division that focuses on engineered systems, air balance, and testing, plus a new division that emphasizes indoor air quality.
