Company Overview

Superior has operated since 1986. Superior Mechanical, Inc. started in the basement of Joe and Anita Millikan's home in Randleman, NC, a quaint town just south of Greensboro. We quickly outgrew the basement in our first year and moved to a larger office and warehouse in Sophia. The original space was just 1,600 square feet and supported a staff of three. In the following eight years, we grew our Sophia facilities to over six times their original size, totaling 9,800 square feet, and our revenue surged from $200,000 per year to more than $12,000,000. In May 2000, we moved to a new location at 162 Pointe South Drive in Randleman, which more than doubled our previous facility, featuring offices, an air duct fabrication shop, and bases for our multiple divisions.

We have expanded our offerings from solely residential service and installation to include a robust commercial division specializing in engineered systems, air balance, and testing, as well as a new division aimed at improving indoor air quality.
