Superior Irrigation & lawn did everything right from the minute I set up the appointment. Jacob Rojas called before he headed to our house & arrived within the 2 hour window given to us. Jacob diagnosed our issue with our sprinkler heads not watering the grass in areas due to a water pressure issue. Jacob had a crew out the very next day & fixed our problem. I highly recommend Superior Irrigation & Lawn if you are in need of an irrigation company that responds quickly to your call & communicates with you via text, phone,, & pics during the entire process.

We use them , I was told the system was 100% good..but two head that were replace didn't work. So I warranty that
via a fone call and was told that I would be charged, after I was charged 815.02 .. I'm still pissed off.. and now I have to add a negative star

We were not quoted the price when work began on replacing some valves in our sprinkler system. When the work was finished and we balked at the high price, we were told to call the office. We asked for them to come down a bit, because it sure seemed like an overcharge. The office manager proceeded to call me a b**** and hung up. I've never felt so disrespected and unsafe in my own home. After a few minutes, I ended up paying the full asking price in cash, because I didn't want them to have any of our financial information.

~~ We were not quoted the price before, and your office manager only offered to come down $15. Sir, I'm afraid you're the one lying. I've written many many five star reviews on yelp, this is my one and only one star review, far from being a scammer.

Ricky and Jesse did an excellent job on our sprinkler system. Their workmanship was top-notch, precise and professional. I appreciate the time they took to get our system working correctly. A++ rating and I highly recommend.

System was installed about 1.5 years and and one of the parts went out. They scheduled a visit within 2 weeks of my call and quickly found the defective part. Without asking they went ahead and checked all sprinkler heads to make sure water spray was properly aligned.

I have recommended this Company to Friends and Family for the value and now I can add Service to my recommendation.

Superior has become our goto irrigation company. 2nd time we have used them in the last year for leaks, new backflow & prv and overall adjustments. Reliable , honest and good workmanship. Highly recommend.

No show and a waste of my day off from work. Had service scheduled between 2:30 and 3:30. No one showed up or called by 4:00. I called and went to voicemail. Left a voicemail asking for a call back to see if anyone is showing up. Called again at 4:15 and still got voicemail. Finally received a call back over an hour later after I went home that they were running late. Not driving 35 mins back to meet someone or rescheduling with a company that can't communicate or show up.

I called to schedule someone to come out and check my sprinkler system, they booked me 3 wks out, but that was ok with me, the day they were to come I called the office to verify the time and the office person got the tech to call, he said he would be at my location between 10 and 10:30 that day, I re arranged my schedule to be there and he never showed, I called him, it went to voice mail, I asked him to call me back, he never did, never heard from the company with a explanation or an apology, I do not recommend this company at all.
