No show and a waste of my day off from work. Had service scheduled between 2:30 and 3:30. No one showed up or called by 4:00. I called and went to voicemail. Left a voicemail asking for a call back to see if anyone is showing up. Called again at 4:15 and still got voicemail. Finally received a call back over an hour later after I went home that they were running late. Not driving 35 mins back to meet someone or rescheduling with a company that can't communicate or show up.

I called to schedule someone to come out and check my sprinkler system, they booked me 3 wks out, but that was ok with me, the day they were to come I called the office to verify the time and the office person got the tech to call, he said he would be at my location between 10 and 10:30 that day, I re arranged my schedule to be there and he never showed, I called him, it went to voice mail, I asked him to call me back, he never did, never heard from the company with a explanation or an apology, I do not recommend this company at all.

Jacob and his crew did an awesome job removing our old lawn, designing and installing a new sprinkler system, and relaying new sod. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. By the end of the project I was a happy and very satisfied customer!

Called Superior out to check out wiring issues with my system. They quickly identified the problem and repaired then took me around to each station to check the heads. They even suggested another enhancement which I will pursue later. Fair pricing and smart techs. I doesn't get any better than that! Highly recommend!

He showed my several things about my irrigation system ( we bought the home from a previous owner) and gave me some tips and tricks to get it to perform at optimal levels.
