We a building our "retirement" home in New Braunfels and needed an irrigation system installed. Based on my previous experience with Jacob at Superior Irrigation, I knew who to call!
We were quoted a reasonable price, but because it was Jacob and his crew, I knew the job would be done RIGHT!
On my installation day, the weather was miserable...temperatures in the high 30s - low 40s...constant drizzle lasting all day. Jacob and his crew showed up and got the job done despite the awful conditions!
I had many choices of sprinkler installers, but I chose this company because they live up to their name...Superior!!!

I don't know what's a good deal, but this is my experience. First, Superior charges 35 dollars to have them come an do an estimate (35 dollars waived if you use them). I compared this to other businesses who came out for free, but did not get back with me or estimated really high with no details, and others who charge 90 to125 dollars to do an estimate. The Superior technician arrived in the time told to me and assessed my sprinklers. The charge was 30 dollars for repair of each pop up sprinkler and 45 dollars for repair of each rotor sprinkler. I agreed and he had everything done in about 2 hours which was what he said it would take him to complete the job and he did not leave until I was okay with the job. If there was a better deal, I did not come across it in the 10 businesses I was in contact with.

They are very professional and efficient in their work. We had a punctured sprinkler line and they fixed it within 20 minutes. Affordable pricing and would recommend them to others that need help with the irrigation and/lawn.

We had a plumbing project that required a trench in the yard. The plumbers cut several wires and pipes for our irrigation system. Superior Irrigation came out the next day and repaired everything and did a great job! I highly recommend them!

Jacob and his team did a quick and very reasonably priced fix to our irrigation system. He explained what was wrong and they had everything to get it squared away immediately. He also took time to make sure our watering was on schedule. I appreciate how fast they came when we needed them. Will definitely ask for their help with any irrigation needs.

We used Superior when we were fixing a sprinkler when selling our house and they were great. When we needed irrigation installed in a new house a few years later we looked to superior first. We did get competing bids and although some were lower the overall value and warranty provided was why we ultimately went with Superior. Although there was a little hiccup getting someone to give us an estimate that was quickly taken care of. The install only took a few hours but there a few issues with a little damage to our fence and greater than expected/normal damage to our sod. We talked to Jacob since he was there overseeing the team and he remedied the issue right away. A big factor with when choosing a vendor, besides price and the product, is how they respond to issues after they've been paid. Superiors customer service is great. I would use them again in the future.

Jacob and his team immediately identified the problem as well as other issues and kept me informed every step of the way. My system is now fully functional and I am a satisfied customer. Also, not only was the price fair and reasonable but this business lived up to its name and did a superb job! I will definitely call them again in the future if I have any issues.

We obtained multiple bids for our sprinkler system installation. Superior irrigation was the most affordable. They did an excellent job all around. The team was efficient, courteous, and did an outstanding job designing and installing the sprinkler system. Highly recommend.
