We had a few plumbing issues like, broken kitchen faucet/leaky pipe and toilet tank wouldn't fill up. I called SuperDrain and the nice lady I talked to was so friendly and scheduled someone to come out on the day I needed them to. Rem, the technician had a pleasant smile when he arrived at our front door. He greeted us so warmly, and we could tell he really enjoys his job. He was knowledgeable and clean. Rem fixed our plumbing issues in a timely manner. It was such a pleasure to meet him and we'll be calling SuperDrain for all of our plumbing needs. Rem, thanks for the great experience. Excellent work and customer service especially by Steven who was very diligent and professional. My entire plumbing system was backed up. A couple of techs came out and did the initial work and left after 5:00 PM. Ran the tub and the problem persisted. They immediately send out a new tech, Steven, who stayed with it until it was completely cleared..
I would recommend SUPER DRAIN to anyone who appreciates a company that stays with it until it's done.

Spoke with the owner Al via phone earlier in the day describing our situation with clogged pipes and backing up to all the drains in the house. He was straight forward on services provided, the hourly rate and travel time charge (since we are in Lodi), with an expected ETA of a couple of hours. John called me about 30 minutes before his arrival to confirm the situation and to say he was on the way.

John at SuperDrain cleared the clogs in our pipes with a straight forward methodical approach.

First, he assessed the problem by actually looking at the piping under the house and then looked at the backed up drains through out the house. Based on the assessment, he got to work with the drain snake in one drain and through clear-out access on the exterior. In less than 90 minutes, he was done - pipes and drains all clear. John has a great attitude and was cracking jokes along the way. Plus a 10% senior discount!

Another plumber we had out early in the day (provided by our home warranty provider) couldn't figure it out and wanted to re-architect/replace of our pipes at each of the backed-up drains (at additional out of pocket cost to us).

In our experience a lot of plumbers are in upsell mode with unnecessary solutions to resolve a problem rather than using their experience and the tools they have on hand to figure it out.

Good work John and SuperDrain! Found our go to plumber for future plumbing work.

I had a major break involving the water line into my house. Despite some issues with the initial repair they came back out the next day and redid the entire repair.
I don't expect perfection but I do expect someone to get the job done as promised. So despite the initial ""hiccup"" they did what they promised and did so professionally!
I hope I don't need to call for plumbing help again but if I do I'll call Superdrain.
