I called the office because the tub would not drain and spoke to the young lady. She took my information and said that they would call me as soon as possible. In five minutes Al called back and gave me a quote and said someone would be here in 45 minutes. About 15 minutes later Nick, the technician, arrived and determined the problem. In an hour everything was fixed and cleaned up. Nick was polite, professional and proficient. He explained everything and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Superdrain. Thank you!

I had an emergency plumbing issue with both toilets at my rental property yesterday. A different company tried to fix issues, but did not have machine needed to ""Hydrojet the line"" as they called it. They suggested I contact a plumbing company who could do that as well as contact the City to check clog in sewer line. The City came out within the hour and stated the main sewer lines were fine - it was an issue within the property line. I found Superdrain on Yelp and called them right away. Robin answered and was so nice and diligent in getting someone out to my property right away. Superdrain was at the house within the hour and fixed the issue like Superdrain heroes! My tenants also told me they were ""sooooo nice"". I locked them in my phone for any future needs. Thank you Superdrain for saving the day!

My cousin who has used this company for almost 25 years recommended them. I had a clog in the laundry room. I first Called another company who couldn't figure it out. All companies charge by the hour. I could see this guy couldn't figure it out after more than an hour. So I asked him to leave it alone. My cousin recommended this company. Quick response off Yelp, had a technician on-site in an hour for my mother's rental property. Thought it was a clogged drain from house to sidewalk, ended up being a Water Main Leak in the middle of the yard. The technician Vince was very courteous and efficient in his assessment and was able to give me a quote a few minutes upon arrival. 3 hours later, the main was repaired. This is the 2nd time I've used this company in the last 2-3 months, and both times they have came through. 3rd time overall the last 2/3 years. Great owner, good staff, honest assessments, hope they stay this way for years to come.

First and foremost I have been through it with my sink, from a broken drain, to leaky pipes, leaky faucet, stinky sink you name it! I was trying to fix small things myself and do what I can but eventually there were just too many things I needed help with. I finally caved and started looking into a professional plumbing service, Robin called 10 min into sending out quote requests to set up a time to send a technician out. Not only were they accommodating but also patient with me asking a lot of silly questions so I could understand clearly what I was to expect. I could really go on and on about how grateful I am for not only this company but the technician Steve who came out today. He was extremely professional, kind and explained everything in detail of what the issues were and how he would improve the current system with small little adjustments. The company in general worked with me on a reasonable price and to be honest, it's clear this company is dedicated to their customers satisfaction. My experience was nothing short of incredible and I will continue to use your services for any plumbing needs. I would highly recommend this business for the service and the price point.

Requested service and they came the same day. The plumber Steven was very professional and helpful. He explained everything and went above and beyond to solve our kitchen leak, which was priceless one week before Thanksgiving. Will definitely use again!
