I had a major break involving the water line into my house. Despite some issues with the initial repair they came back out the next day and redid the entire repair.
I don't expect perfection but I do expect someone to get the job done as promised. So despite the initial ""hiccup"" they did what they promised and did so professionally!
I hope I don't need to call for plumbing help again but if I do I'll call Superdrain.

Saturday morning as I'm getting ready a burst of water shoots out everywhere from behind my toilet. I called around and SuperDrain came to the rescue. From the time I called till the time they were at my home it was approximately 30 minutes maybe less. The price quoted , to me, was expected because it was a weekend and they accept credit card or cash. The technician was extremely kind and personable and was done in 15 minutes. Well worth it.

Called first thing after a rather brisk morning shower. Answering service took my call and informed me someone would call me back soon. Sure enough, maybe 30 min later I was contacted and told a Service Tech would be by mid afternoon. True to their word he arrived. Christian was AWESOME! He was very friendly, informative and direct. Due to the age of our home, 2 very intrusive dogs and a 8 week old puppy it was not a simple swap of the old water heater to the new. He did not let that deter him. After installation we were given a very thorough walk thru of the new unit as well told about the warranty. We will definitely be keeping them in the contact list for any future needs.

I noticed what seemed like a slow small leaking around my toilet and finally decided to call a plumber before damage was done to ceiling below. Superdrain was able to come the next morning (even offered to come that day) and assess the problem and fix it within an hour (remove and replace was seal). They checked back to see if the problem was fixed and that I was satisfied with the job. I would gladly recommend them use them again if the need arises.

Called to fix a leak under my sink. They sent a guy out, she told me I needed to replace the garbage disposal, he put in a new one. He never connected it to my dish washer. So when I ran my dish washer, the water never drained. The owner came and looked at it, said it was their fault. My floors were ruined, the owner said he would replace the floors. The problem
Was never fixed, I still can't use my dish washer, now my floors and cabinets are ruined and I was never compensated.

These guys left our yard like a pig pen! Mud everywhere, shrubs torn out unnecessarily, mud splattered all over the front of my vehicle...total wreck! I have never left a negative Yelp review but these guys were beyond ridiculous! Totally left me shaking my head

I called Superdrain for my toilet. It made gurgle sounds and begun to overflow. My husband and I could not unclog whatever it was, and I called Superdrain. I was skeptical to get someone the same day because it was 8pm. Luckily, they are open 24/7 and their tech Hunter was able to come out around 8:20! He knew what was the issue and fixed the clogging! He was polite, kind, and a great worker. For their late night service, the price was fair! I will definitely be calling Superdrain for any future plumbing issues!
