Lorenzo, the technician, was very knowledgeable and fully explained to me how to best keep my heating system working properly and did the maintenance in a timely manner. Had our AC & heat system replaced this fall, installers told us it was a type of heat system. Imagine our surprise when we have to have our water heater replaced and all of a suddenly our heat stops working. It's crazy cold for Vegas right now. Call Superior Service after 5pm on a Friday, hoping for an appointment on Saturday. Instead, Lorenzo is out within 90 minutes, teaches us about the type of heat system we have and makes the house toasty warm. Thank you Lorenzo & Superior Service!

Dylan was great. I got a text when he was on his was and it was between the early part of the window they told me (10-1). He got here 11-ish. He did the work quietly and cleanly. And didn't mind my dog and paid the toll of petting the cat before leaving. He told me about their service for $189/year but didn't pressure me into signing up.
