I never had my ducts cleaned since moving in and the residents before that probably also did not do it. I had Super Service come out to have my ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Angel and Angelo were very professional and informative, making sure everything was cleaned up after. They made sure any questions I had was answered and recommended the maintenance needed to keep my unit working in the best condition. Everything looks as good as new!

I have been using Super Service Cooling and Heating for years now and have not had a single problem. The person who answers the phone is always polite and pleasant. They send you an email and a text as reminders, so if you forget, it's on you Rainier and Anthony came on time, introduced themselves, covered their shoes, and were both very professional and patient with my endless questions. I would definitely use them again that I signed up for the maintenance program that saves me the hassle of changing my filters AND I get a discount with any repairs, etc that I may need! I needed a c-wire connected to my smart thermostat and a pressure switch replaced because heat was not turning on. The service was quick, about a hour-and-a-half. The repairman Harland, was professional and very polite( a trait not prevalent anymore). The only thing that would have made the experience more enjoyable is if it were free. I know you can't have everything but living in La La Land is so blissful.

I had Super Service come by last year to clear my air duct and service my a/c unit for the summer. I knew it would be time to change out my HVAC unit soon as it was nearing 25 years old, and I just didnt want any surprises. I reached out to Tricia after receiving word of their New Year's Special and figured I might as well take advantage of this offer now!

Jadyn, from the office team was super courteous and helpful.. Jadyn called to schedule a site visit prior to the actual installation date, and Brian and Rainar came by that same date to take measurements and scope things out. They explained what they would be doing and how long everything would take. Totally professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Jadyn called back and set an install date and in less than a week, they were ready to install!

On the day of install, the crew (Rainar, Brian, Noel and Angelo) arrived right on time, wore booties to cover their shoes, and covered the floor below the attic with a moving blanket to catch all the debris. The crew work tirelessly to carry the air handling unit to the attic. They had a great pulley system going! Angelo was constantly helping with keeping the area clean, Noel was handling the condenser outside as well, and Rainar and Brian were the Leads and looking over all the details of the whole installation. The work was done seamlessly, they installed a new thermostat also, and they took the extra time to ensure that the unit was working properly (we ran into a snag with my water heater) before leaving for the night. They did not rush, they took their time and were all smiles the whole time here. I could not recommend Super Service enough! Thanks team, for all your hard work!

These guys were professional, quick and courteous. From the time I contacted them for scheduling till the job was done, it was smooth sailing. Angelo, Noel and Angel were on time and efficient. Even though we didn't have an appointment for the dryer ducts getting cleaned that day, these guys accommodated us and took care of it .Your go to guys for all your duct cleaning needs

We had just gotten home with our newborn when we noticed our heater would only run sporadically. At 5pm we called Super Service Cooling and Heating and by 6pm we had Wendell in our house getting to work. Wendell was a life saver and very knowledgeable when it came to fixing our heat. He quickly got up into our attic and did a full inspection of our unit seeing that the flame sensor was the main issue. He got that fixed within a few minutes and ran through any other possible concerns we could have with our unit in the future. He was quick, efficient, and cool to talk to while he worked through our problems. He also gave us options to save some money on our end which we really appreciate. Will definitely be calling again if any more problems occur with our heat or A/c.
