What can I say? It's not easy finding someone honest, reliable and professional these days. My tenants had a water heating issue and called me to get it fixed. Unfortunately, I'm stuck overseas. Dave had done a camera inspection for me a few months back and I remembered how honest he was then. Being thousands of miles away, I needed someone who I could trust. Needless to say, Dave came through for me (and my tenants). Did the job in one day..even though he had to stay until 9pm. The tenants are super happy...which makes me super happy! Super Dave's Plumbing is quite the company. So I believe I spoke to Dave over the phone to book my appointment. He confirmed with me multiple times that I do not have to pay if they do not fix my clogged drain.

I booked my appointment with him and he sent out a technician named David the next day. $89 if they drain it, $0 if not.

They gave me a 2 hour range and the technician showed up 1 hour after the end of that range. To be fair, he did give me a warning call within the last 10 minutes of the range, though.

The technician David arrives to my house. I once again confirm with him before even showing him my clean out that it's $0 if they can't drain and he said yes.

What do you know, he was unable to fix it. He put in a 25 foot snake in my clean out and told me nothing could be done unless we hydrojet it the next day.

David said that the only way I wouldn't be charged for him coming out (and not unclogging my clean out...) is if I leave a Yelp review. He mentioned this at least 3-5 times and insisted I include his name, David.

David said I could probably get a discount for a Yelp review, but he wouldn't price match a company I had already got a quote from the prior day, with written proof. That's fine, it was a lot cheaper at the other company. But beware, readers, ""companies that have cheaper services tend to upsell you on other services,"" according to David from Super Dave's Plumbing & Rooter.

He gave me a price that also came with a warranty so I decided to go with him if he agreed to $400 instead of $450. He said Dave would be fine with that, as long as I leave a Yelp review.

I ultimately decided not to move forward with Dave and David shortly after that and I called one of the other plumbers I spoke to who came out with an 85 foot snake and unclogged my drain very quickly.

It is both against the Yelp Terms of Service and illegal under the FTC Act to incentivize or fabricate reviews.

David was great - we called him in to determine some repairs for a sewer issue on a house we were buying. While the seller ultimately found their own person to do the repairs, we were very impressed by Dave's thoroughness and ability to explain the various ways to repair the issue. We went from walking away due to the uncertainty to understanding completely the work that needed to be done.

Big fan, would hire without question next time we have sewer or plumbing needs!

After doing some research on plumbers, I decided to call Super Dave's. We originally thought we just had a backed up pipe but it turned out to be much more complicated than that.

Dave R. came out within a day of calling (we have another bathroom so it wasn't an emergency) and looked at the situation. He told us what had to be done which wasn't cheap but given a pipe had to be replaced seemed like a reasonable fee. Since we were going to have that done, I asked Dave R. if he could pick up a new toilet on the way which I ordered and install that in the same day, which he did at no extra cost.

Dave R was very professional, finished on time, cleaned up well, and wore the proper PPE. All in all, very satisfied!

I needed plumber to come out to check leak in back house. They responded immediately and sent Dave out first thing in morning. He was very professional and was able to assess problem quickly. He did not charge for initial assessment and was able to give me estimate for work which was reasonable. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Had an issue with our kitchen sink, so I called Super Dave's Plumbing. We had used them in the past for some draining issues and were extremely satisfied with the results. Dave responds quickly to messages, and they show up and get the job done. Today's fix was super easy, in and out. Mark's knowledge and professionalism were top notch, and I was able to understand what caused the problem. I highly recommend Super Dave's Plumbing... if you want a job done well and done right, these are the guys to call!

I highly recommend David and his team. I contacted him on Sunday and he got right back to me with recommendations for a toilet replacement. He picked it up from Home Depot for me and arrived promptly in the window he promised. David was professional, knowledgeable and took plenty of Covid precautions including masks, gloves and shoe covers (important for us as we have an infant at home). They assembled the toilet outside in order to keep inside as clean as possible. We needed an additional piece replaced, so his colleague made a detour to pick it up while David patiently waited. The installation was great and David cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. Very satisfied with the work and I'll be using his services again for another future project.
