I was really nervous to have any service person come to my house as I have been ripped off in the past for really simple work, BUT that is not the case with Dave, he was honest and told me my water heater was 10 years old and didn't need to be replaced as I was having heating issues with my water. He analyzed the situation and found he just needed to adjust the inside of the handles in order to make my water have some actual heat.
He could of easily told me That I needed a new water heater as I don't know anything about my current water heater. He charged me an honest rate and most importantly he's very personable, respectful and very prompt.

We had a gas leak on Saturday and SoCal Gas said it's our pipes and not there's and we'd have to call a plumber. They then shut off our gas meaning no hot showers, no heating, etc. Frantically I called around and got a bunch of recordings to leave messages. Most didn't bother returning the call. Dave answered right away. He was friendly, understanding and did everything possible to get us taken care of ASAP. His person Mark showed up on time and worked most of the day to fix the problem including driving a long distance to get parts from a store that was open on Sunday. The job was completed to perfection and gas was restored tonight. Mark was very friendly. This is an honest company that does great work, goes out of their way to accommodate their customers and charges very fair prices for their work. I can't possibly see how it can get any better than this. Will use them again and recommend them every chance I get.

I had a pressure regulator and air relief valve installed. David provided a competitive quote and arranged a time to replace the current defective valve.

He was punctual and completed the work in the communicated timeframe. He took the time to explain the functioning of the valve with me also.

Would use again for other plumbing projects at my house.

These are the most honest people I've met. Two other plumbers came and wanted 500 dollars. These guys came out and told me it was a loose screw. Fixed for nothing. I am so appreciative.

David has been so helpful with my plumbing issues. I've used him twice now - once to replace the wax ring under my toilet and the second time to snake my bathroom sink which was backed up horribly. Both times, he was very responsive and did high quality work! The problem was resolved and no further issues. Also, he is very courteous - always sure to put on shoe covers before entering the house, and he ensures to clean up the area after the job is done. HIGHLY recommended!!!!
