Ardem came out and took care of our water filter installation. It was cold and cloudy out all day and he stuck with it until the job was done. It was a big job, but it's done and looks good. We'll definitely call super brothers again for our plumbing and hvac needs.

We needed a new hot water heater. I called them and they came out the next week and gave us a quote (some people want it to charge for simply giving a quote). They provided us with various options and give us the quote promptly. They were slightly lower than another quote we had received. The guys who came out were prompt, very nice, professional and did a great job with the installation. We haven't used our hot water heater yet but are very excited to do so. Thank you!

In March I had Super Brothers come out for a diagnostic on my water heater for $250. I asked them to diagnose any issues with the water heater. They couldn't identify any issues so I had them do a small repair that I personally identified. Fast forward today and I am currently in escrow to sell my house, and it turns out that the seismic straps and the T&P valve are not to California residential code - neither items were noted by Super Brothers.

I called them back today to ask them if they could come back out and he flatly said they don't have any availability to ""provide a quote"" for over a week. I told him that we are closing next week so we need someone sooner and he said, ""OK"" then sat on the phone silently waiting for me to say something else. He did not offer any solution or seem to really care that they received money for a diagnostic that didn't identify any of the glaring issues any licensed technician should be aware of.

It seems that Super Brothers is not aware of California residential code, so it's a waste of money and time to have them perform a diagnostic on your water heater due to their lack of technical knowledge and skillset. They also do not stand by their services after they take your money. I recommend that you find a more knowledgeable and professional tradesman if you need any water heater work.

Excellent price and quality install for heat pump water heater. Replaced my 30 year old gas water heater with electric heat pump one. The installer did a great job including running electrical, installing drain and condensate pipes, etc.

We received bids from several companies for a water softener installation on my new build. They were also the lowest price, but we chose them bc they were prompt and communicative for the free estimate and even gave me tips on what type of salt to buy. Scheduling was a breeze. The day of install, they discovered the pre-plumbing I'd paid the builder to set up was done illegally (not code complaint). Something I would never have known myself. Dima went to bat for me with the builder's construction manager and told them they needed to repipe everything. The builder had to review the plumbing code and finally admitted what they'd done was wrong and sent someone to fix it. I texted Dima to thank him and he immediately called me back asking to see what work had been done to ensure it was correct. He even walked me through turning on and setting the water softener. Overall, GREAT experience. We will definitely use Super Brothers in the future and will recommend to all of our friends and family.

Called Super Bros after another company quoted me 4x the going rate for a hose bib replacement out front. Jose called to let me know he was running early and confirm he could come by; he was prompt and professional, and completed the repair/replacement of my cracked hose bib in less than 30 minutes.
