Really happy with the responsiveness, service, thorough attention to detail AND informative explanation from Deme (sp?), who serviced my tankless water heater. Never had a problem with it before so I was stumped as to how to get it repaired. I tracked down Super Mario from the manufacturer's website. Only five plumbers were certified in my area. Glad I chose Super Mario.

Day one: We had an active leek in the wall and couldn't find it. Super Mario Plumbing came out, found the leak and let me know you need a special machine to fix it. Their schedule was full the next day, but since it was actively spraying (very lightly) the tech made some calls and they fit me in. They made me feel like my problem was important and made sure I understood the issue and didn't have any questions before he left. Top notch.
Day two: A different tech shows up, Yourii. He was fitting me in between jobs and I got the sense he was in a hurry, but never made me feel rushed at all. He took his time and explained what he needed to do to resolve the leek and once removed, he showed me the defective part. He was fast, very friendly and curious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Over all: With 2 different techs from the same company that provided great customer service and work it shows that Super Mario Plumbing takes pride in what they do and appreciates their customers. It also helps that the repair cost less then I thought it would! If you need some plumbing work done give these guys a call. They are 5 stars all day long!

We contacted a handful of plumbing companies for estimates on our toilet and garbage disposal replacement concerns.

Super Mario was the only one the gave a detailed plan, description, cost and schedule for availability which made planning much easier on our end.

While we're still looking at our options, I wanted to take a moment out to commend Dimitar for taking time out to respond thoroughly and promptly! That kind of customer service goes a long way!

I just had a tankless water heater installed today. They require a larger gas line which is ran from the main to the water heater. This is an all day job for multiple guys. I received an estimate which was fair and the guys worked hard to ensure the job was done right and looked nice. I intend to have them install a new water softener system and put in a gas line for my fireplace and BBQ very soon. They cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them to anyone. Great job!

Our experience with Super Mario Plumbing was exceptional! We had a kitchen sink leak and they were able to accommodate us the same day. The response time was beyond amazing! Furthermore, our technician was very nice and showed up right on time and with a smile. He walked us through exactly what he was going to do and went right to work. *HVAC* service call

I am very pleased with the level of care taken to find the leak and do proper diagnostics to my A.C. unit. They were able to find the location of the leak which not one single company in the Sacramento area has been able to do since I purchased the home in '14 experiencing my first service call the summer of '15. I had a home warrenty and had several companies sent out. I was given various answers from updating the insulation in crawl space, new duct work, just needs refrigerant, and a new unit. Fast foward, I now rent the house out and the tenant started to experience similar issues I had in the past. My property manager also failed me by sending out a shady technician, the quick fix of adding refrigerant and not finding the leak. Fyi. Refrigerant doesn't just vanish, not 5lbs at least which is what I was charged. I then found these guys through yelp and decided to give them a try. I sent in pictures of my unit and of the work last completed. After a thorough examination the leak was finally found! Not joking, about 7 different companies in the past have come to my property.

I will provide a follow up review after the repairs are complete, so far very happy with the level and quality of service. I live out of town and the technician was able to provide me with more than enough detail and I feel that he treated this service call as though it were his own home.

If their plumbing service is on par with their HVAC service I would not hesitate to give this company a call for those service too.

Talk about an outstanding job! They responded to my quote immediately and showed up right on time. They made sure the job was done right even if that meant they had to go to the local hardware store to get the right materials. They fixed my gas line so that my stove can sit flush against the wall rather than sticking out three to four inches. Way to go Super MARIO! Thank you for making my kitchen look so much better and preventing stubbed toes!

I had Super Mario install a Rinnai RUR98IN replacing a 20 year old 75 gallon gas water heater. I called them on a Wednesday evening and got an appointment the following day to get a quote for the replacement.The appoint occurred right on time and beginning of only a 2 hour window (my experience is 4 hour windows are the most common). The price was what I expected considering I had to run a 30+ foot dedicated gas line. I received the quote ~5:00 PM and immediately agreed then wanted to know how quickly they could install. Later that night I received a call saying someone would be out the following morning. Right at 8:00 am the first guy showed up and started working. He and another guy who showed up at 9:00 am didn't stop working until 9:30 PM. Both were very pleasant and were definitely focused on quality and building code. They could explain what they were doing and any random question I came up with throughout the day. After they left I kept receiving error code 63 meaning the re-circulation pump wasn't moving a sufficient volume of water. I called the same night (and the owner answered). he gave me instructions to bleed the water line and reset the unit to clear the error code. He said to contact them again Saturday morning if it wasn't working. The following morning I texted the owner saying it was still displaying the error code. He responded before 8:00 am and was at my house around 9:00 am. It took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose a part that needed to be switched out that was contingent upon the installation requirements.

Overall this is an awesome company. They are responsive, take their time and seem to care. I would do a lot more work on my house if every company worked like Super Mario. I honestly can't speak any higher of them. Great experience from beginning to end.

I've used several plumbing companies in the Sac area. We have an older home in East Sac and it tends to back up. Super Mario plumbing was able to come out. The plumber who came (Arsen?) really worked hard - he checked all the lines and made sure everything was running fine. We needed to replace the toilet, and he ended up coming back in the evening to put in the new toilet that I ran out and bought at lunchtime. My mother lives in the home and she said he really worked hard and was very professional. We will definitely use them again.
