Had an issue with my water heater over a holiday weekend. Dimitar (owner) responded to my Yelp inquiry super fast, and provided guidance on how to deal with this type of repair under a warranty. He spent time after coming out and doing the repair to troubleshoot and explain how to replace another part. Highly recommend this company and will call them again for future plumbing work!

We got 3 prior quotes to have our crushed ductwork replaced (Thank you electricians doing work during escrow...). This was the lowest quote, and Ivan knew what he was talking about! He did the work himself and installed dampers to help balance the air flow throughout the house. No more hot spots. He even came back after I got home from work too ensure I was happy because a happy wife.... :) great job and a great price. My personal engineer is very happy and I can't wait to see our smud bill go down. Thank you Ivan!

Got estimates from 5 different plumbers. Super Mario was the only one to mention my water heater may be under warranty, the others seemed to be really wanting to replace the water heater. We have had two great experiences with Super Mario brothers. They responded quickly, have a quote that we lower than competitors, and did a great job taking care of a leaky sink, resealing a sink, and installing a recirculation pump. I feel like he went above and beyond when he reinforced the underside of our sink so that it wouldn't bow down and separate from the counter top. We will definitely use them again.

So, blocked toilet and I called Super Mario. They scheduled Vlad to come between 10-12 and he was at my door right on time. Very courteous and clean. Cleared up the block, cleaned up and done. I have little kids, and I know this may happen again (toys, bottles, bulldog clips..me)..so I now have them on my ""contact in emergency"" list.

I'm a new home owner and have to get my HVAC system repaired. Saw the good reviews of this place so I figured I would ask for a quote. I provided some info in a live chat and was told a technician would come out on Friday in order to get a proper estimate. I regretfully told them I couldn't do Friday and asked if they could do a ball park estimate and they left me hanging in chat for about 15 minutes before leaving the chat with no response.

I'm not very well versed with how the business works so maybe it was irritating for them to have to explain how their business works, but I thought that the lack of response was extremely unprofessional - I would have much rather been told that it wouldn't be possible than to be ignored.

These guys are great! Had an emergency water heater issue over the weekend. I turned to yelp and sent out a few request for replacement estimates. These guys replied within 3 minutes on a weekend morning with an actual estimate! How easy is that! Disclaimer: I didn't select them to install my water heater because I ended up using the recommendation of a friend. HOWEVER, it should not go unmentioned how great these guys are. Out of the 7 bids I received their price was in the lower tier and their email response was super clear and they offered to come out first thing Monday morning. In my experience communication is a clear indicator of work ethnic so I have no doubt these guys are solid. Easy peasy!

I bought an older home, and, it's needed lots of plumbing work, so I'm super glad that I found Super Mario Plumbing...they've replaced a leaky kitchen sink, replaced a malfunctioning toilet, and it's all been done quickly & efficiently. The last job was the best (and biggest) done by Ivan who replaced the shower valve (behind the wall) and flushed the hot water heater. I had a trickle of water coming out of the old shower and replacing the shower valve did the trick and now I can enjoy my shower with sufficient water pressure! Ivan was meticulous, knew his stuff really well and did an excellent job! Thank you, Ivan!
