I called at 10:30am and spoke with Eric to see if someone can come to my house about a leak in my bathroom. Eric said between 1-2, then I received a call at 11:30 and said can someone come now. Robert showed up to my house very friendly, knowledgeable, with a mask and all. He provided exceptional service from the beginning to end. He was very through an made me feel comfortable in what our leak was. I highly recommend this company moving forward.

Called early in the day. Person that I spoke with said that they would give me a call back b4 5 PM. They are a local business within a few miles. No call back by 5 PM or next day by 9AM. Had to go with another plumber. Wasted our time waiting. No call back a all?

I had a toilet wax ring replaced. Carmen was my first contact when I called and she gave me the estimate and set the appointment. Clifford came out the next day, worked quickly and left no mess. The price actually came out a little less than the estimate. This was after calling another local plumber (one highly rated on here) and being told the job would be about $100 more than Sunshine. Easy choice. Thanks guys.

Sunshine was the only high rating company that was able to help me on this particular day. Many of the other companies were able to give me a high/low estimate depending if it's a close clog, or a deep, main branch clog. Sunshine said they can give me a free estimate but they need to see it. Believe it or not, when the plumber came I forgot to ask and he went to work. I was at their mercy. The deep clog was cleared and the bill ended up being lower than any estimates I got from other companies. Some estimates were even double. Super honest, friendly, great prices, great work!

I am ecstatic that I chose this company! Last night I called for an appointment and they were here first thing this morning. I do not recall the name of my plumber -- but he was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and a very quick worker. He even went the extra step of educating me regarding habits that can prevent major plumbing problems in the future. The price was fair and I couldn't be happier! I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing services!

Friendly, helpful, reasonable, prompt - all in all great service. I called on Monday afternoon and got a 2 hour appointment window for Tues. morning. They were on time, with a heads up phone call about 10 min. before they arrived. They gave me flat rate quotes on several small jobs I needed done, and they were done and cleaned up in less than 2 hours. They left my bathrooms cleaner than they found them, and even gave me advice on how to get some other things fixed. I usually try to do things myself, or put them off forever because you never know who you'll get showing up at your house. These guys completely put me at ease and did a great job.

Had a leak, and had 3 different plumbing quotes done. Not only was sunshine the most affordable, they also were the most transparent about pricing. Eric was the on-site plumber that was very thorough and Marian was the phone attendant that scheduled my appointment and answered close to 100 questions. This company is great.

I had a leak on the hot water in the bathtub.. I was told by another company they had to cut out the tile and do a 1,000 job to fix it,,, A friend told me about Sunshine Plumbing so I called them.. plumber came out the same day and re-built it.. the cost was very reasonable about $350 and the job was done quickly and right. He was very friendly yet professional and did a quick clean job of replacing my old leaking exterior faucet all at a very reasonable price. Second time in a year I've used this company. First time was for a broken pipe in the slab which two other plumbers couldn't find ... located and fixed the leak in good order. Most recently came to the home for another leak ... turned out nothing major. Honest, reliable and professional company with fair pricing. Highly recommend.
