I had a great experience with Sunshine Plumbing. Before I called Sunshine, I got an estimate from a different plumbing company. Something didn't seem right so I called Sunshine Plumbing and spoke with Eric. Although it was late in the day, he made his way to my house within 30 minutes. His estimate was $1,000 lower than the first company I called. The next day, Mark from Sunshine Plumbing came to fix the problem. He did a superb job and even took the time to explain the problem and show me how he fixed it. I will certainly call them if I ever need more work done and I will recommend the company to my friends.

Eric is the owner. All of the plumbers he has sent to my home have been the best. Latest episode was clogged kitchen sink on Feb 28th, 2019. They just know what needs to be done,

Friendly, helpful, reasonable, prompt - all in all great service. I called on Monday afternoon and got a 2 hour appointment window for Tues. morning. They were on time, with a heads up phone call about 10 min. before they arrived. They gave me flat rate quotes on several small jobs I needed done, and they were done and cleaned up in less than 2 hours. They left my bathrooms cleaner than they found them, and even gave me advice on how to get some other things fixed. I usually try to do things myself, or put them off forever because you never know who you'll get showing up at your house. These guys completely put me at ease and did a great job.

I called at 10:30am and spoke with Eric to see if someone can come to my house about a leak in my bathroom. Eric said between 1-2, then I received a call at 11:30 and said can someone come now. Robert showed up to my house very friendly, knowledgeable, with a mask and all. He provided exceptional service from the beginning to end. He was very through an made me feel comfortable in what our leak was. I highly recommend this company moving forward.

As a local realtor, it is important for me to be able to recommend plumbers, electricians, and all kinds of vendors to my clients. Sunshine had done some work for a previous client of mine and did a decent job. However, when I had another client from out of town that needed some repairs and was getting ignored I had to call on their behalf. What I got was their office manager speaking over me right in the middle of me asking what was going on and I had to demand that I be respected. When I was finally allowed to finish speaking, her immediate response was that she didn't appreciate the false accusation by me (as to say my client was lying about them not calling her back) and that is where I ended the conversation and will never be able to recommend them again. Rule 1 in handling a business complaint: let the person finish talking and then present an explanation, a solution, or both; ideally both. Don't be rude, talk over someone, and forever lose business referrals by treating someone so poorly that they feel compelled to put it on Yelp so others don't get treated the same way.

Called early in the day. Person that I spoke with said that they would give me a call back b4 5 PM. They are a local business within a few miles. No call back by 5 PM or next day by 9AM. Had to go with another plumber. Wasted our time waiting. No call back a all?

These are the best plumbers we've used. I've worked with them twice already and they are now my go-to for any plumbing needs. They are straight to the point and also have the best pricing. Had a leak, and had 3 different plumbing quotes done. Not only was sunshine the most affordable, they also were the most transparent about pricing. Eric was the on-site plumber that was very thorough and Marian was the phone attendant that scheduled my appointment and answered close to 100 questions. This company is great.

The best ! Carmen is great and extremely helpful. we had some major plumping problems and Richie came to save the day . he was truly amazing . He is also very polite , responsible, respectful and an incredibly good plumber . He knows exactly what to do and is very honest . Sunshine is the Best service around !

Chose Sunshine Plumbing initially because of its outstanding rating and reviews. Was very pleased to find out that both were well deserved. Richard proved that they were indeed the best choice. He was very friendly yet professional and did a quick clean job of replacing my old leaking exterior faucet all at a very reasonable price. Should I ever require plumbing services in the future, Sunshine Plumbing will be my go to plumbers. Thanks again Richard for the great work.

I had a toilet wax ring replaced. Carmen was my first contact when I called and she gave me the estimate and set the appointment. Clifford came out the next day, worked quickly and left no mess. The price actually came out a little less than the estimate. This was after calling another local plumber (one highly rated on here) and being told the job would be about $100 more than Sunshine. Easy choice. Thanks guys.
