Ben Stark and Sean Stark bring in excess of 43 years of knowledge in residential services to Sunny Service.
Throughout the years, they have learned many strategies for delivering dependable and superior customer service while creating a workplace that nurtures our employees to support their families and feel good about their contributions.
They moved on from their namesake business in 2012 but have stayed involved in the residential HVAC field.

Great same day service very professional and on time replaced blower motor in no time very satisfied

The service man showed up and fixed my furnace problem immediately,
He was professional, efficient and a gentleman. I signed a service contract with the company for annual inspection service of both heating and air conditioning.

Sunny Service came and performed some duct cleaning for us. With a new baby in the house (and knowing it is far from a new house) we realized it was a wise investment. Their crew of 3 was very respectful and efficient during their time spent cleaning the various areas of duct throughout our 2 story house. It's been almost a month and our air definitely feels cleaner and we can tell our a/c functions / blows much more efficiently throughout the house. We had to replace our air filters much sooner than normal, which we know means the duct cleaning is working! Sunny Service is a reputable, local company we would recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much for sending awesome technicians to my home. They respected my living quarters as if it was their own. They were very professional and knew their job well. I can not express how happy my family and I at this moment enjoying our new XP20 outdoor unit and CBA38MV air handler that was installed today. My neighbors came over and really digging the cold air in this Texas heat. Big shout out to the installer team duo supervisors of Michael and Mason as well as their assistance Alfonso and Jake. Thank you guys for the awesome service. I can not leave out the company's sales rep Brendon who came out and discuss my options. You did a great job of making me feel at ease.

Called to find out if they worked on Mini-split systems and what the charge would be to evac the lines and do a leak test. The guy who answered the phone put me on hold for over 15 minutes, then came back on and asked when I wanted to schedule the service. I told him 1: that I just needed to know if they did that service and 2: what the charge would be. He informed me that they don't give pricing over the phone. What??? No way am I givining anyone a blank check. He then said he's put me in touch with a manager. Put me on hold again and was put through to voice mail. Complete and total waste of my time. Come on people, I'd think during these times you'd be a little more interested in gaining new customers...guess not.

We had a very old unit, 12 Seers I believe, that needed to be updated. We went through Costco and they sent out Sunny Service. I am more than pleased with the professionalism, price, and attention given us by every person involved in new installation.
During our consultation, Brendon walked through the house and did measurements of every room and calculated the correct size we needed for our new unit. No one else did this, and his size was the smallest of the quotes(and smaller than what we had) we had gotten from other places. He was so patient with me. When I was concerned about his measurement being the smaller of the units quoted, he had another gentleman come out and remeasure, coming up with the same size. I can not stress this enough, MAKE SURE YOUR CONTRACTOR MEASURES BY DOING A MANUAL J / MANUAL D AS REQUIRED BY THE ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) Brendon did everything to regulation standards. And I can say, even though the other contractors all said this size was wrong and wouldn't work, it has. It is very common to get too big a unit because they don't take the time to measure like it is required.
We also decided to have our duct work redone. Ended up they moved the location of the new unit in the attic to make it more accessible, hung it, and made a new vent hole. I was surprised by how much extra work they ended up doing for the original quoted price.
There was never any communication problems and they wore masks and shoe covers. Of course during installation is such extreme heat of an attic, they can't wear masks. Not a problem for me.
They are not perfect, they are human. A knee went through our ceiling and a step on our old wooden ladder broke. But they are taking care of it and I get a new ladder that's up to code, so even the bad is a win for me. They did miss cleaning a couple of rooms, but what they did clean was very clean.
You can tell this company has great work ethics and cares about their reputation. I will be recommending them to others.

One of our a/c unit needed 2 parts to be replaced. After an initial assessment which happened to be on a holiday, but with no extra surcharge, the parts were ordered and the repairs were scheduled within 48 hrs. Brandon came a little earlier than the appointment, he wore shoe covers, gloves and a mask. We appreciated him taking these precautions. He installed the new parts within 1:30 hrs, he was very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all of our questions. Our a/c unit was repaired within a short time frame of breaking down and works great now. The price for the repairs was very reasonable too. We're very pleased with the quality of service we received from Sunny Service and espionage from Brandon.

Started with a early morning phone call (7:15am) spoke with Sean and decided I needed a comfort advisor to come out and discuss our replacement options.
Brendon came out and was very polite and knowledgeable about the current system we had and the new systems we had to choose from. After deciding our needs and taking a heat load measurement we settled on a 3 ton 16seer 2 stage system.
Mason and his crew came out the next morning and had me cooling down after lunchtime. Mason walked me through the system and gave me a great teaching experience on how a HVAC system works.
I would like to mention we did get two other bids from contractors through our AHS program offered and both were higher that Sunny Services quote. I couldn't be happier with my decision and would highly recommend Sunny Services if in the need to replace or repair a system.

We were referred to Sunny Service by our previous service provider who has chosen to scale back their area of business. That said a lot about the recommendation.
We were greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly technician who provided excellent service. Sunny Service has modern billing as well as quality controls in place check behind one another assuring work is done to the highest standards.
When I had to call Sunny Service they came out immediately working me into their schedule knowing I was under a pressure situation. (Well aren't we all?) They truly went above and beyond for me I feel and not once cut corners even triple checking things other people worked on.
We have enjoyed worked working with Sunny Service and the staff from scheduling to the technicians are great! Calling for AC/Heating work is not pleasurable but calling "Sunny" they make it a great experience. Even playing with our dogs! :)
