My bath tub gradually became slow to drain to the point where I was ankle deep in water. I had two different plumbers come out to check it. Both were sent by my home insurance. I was told they had to go on the roof to check it and ofcourse it wasn't covered by insurance. Then told the pipes were collapsed. $$$
I then called Sunland plumbing. OMG! They literally sent someone the same day and within less then 30 minutes had the problem figured out without going on the roof. The technician was Ethan and he was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, honest. He also found another problem and fixed it before it went bad. I literally paid less for the entire service then I did going thru my insurance company who didn't fix anything! I can't say enough good things about this company. The entire experience was such a smooth process from the amazing lady that investigated the history of my home and and set up a appointment to the wonderful plumbers that fixed the problem and found another problem that was on the verge of breaking. Thank you Ethan and Sunland!!
I will schedule a appointment to check my air conditioning next.

Well, I called to get a quote on cleaning my inner coils on my air conditioning and she said 190, because on the roof was an easy job. Great!
Nick came and said oh it's another $75 service charge on top of the 190. Well I wasn't expecting that!!!
She could have mentioned the service charge on the phone.
He did a great job and was courteous, however, I felt duped! I always thought the service charge was in the quote?

Sunland is the place to go if you need a new air-conditioning unit! We chose to replace our old unit before it broke down. Sunland did a great job all of the way through the process including explaining to us what we needed and why, keeping us advised on where were were in the process and when they expected to finish, and answering any questions we had. Andrea and Ryan were very professional. Our new unit is working great so far and we are looking forward to the summer when we can really test it! Thank you Sunland. These folks did some work at a friends house of mine in Sun City. Ten years later we found a problem with some of the work performed by them. I am a Realtor and was in the process of selling the home. I called them up and was greeted by the office manager. I told her of our problem and she scheduled the owner to go out and look. He took full responsibility for the problem and compensated the owner of the home so the work could be redone. WOW, that's customer service.

In both cases, the technicians who came to do the work were respectful, helpful, efficient, hard working, and knowledgeable. I appreciated their expertise. They had the work done in a very short time, and they took the time to educate me as to how to keep my plumbing healthy. I'm very, very impressed with this business. I would like to tell about my experience with Ethan at Sunland Plumbing. I am a realtor and had a plumbing ""emergency"" at a home we have for sale. 2:30 on a Friday afternoon I get a call saying the water main is broken at the house what should we do? This house in in Sun City Grand, I called 10 plumbers, no one could be here today. Will Monday morning work? NO! Ethan was on his way home from another job, said I can come right now and twenty minutes later he was there. Ethan is very professional, and got to work quickly completing the job. I recommend Ethan at Sunland Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again!
