I would like to tell about my experience with Ethan at Sunland Plumbing. I am a realtor and had a plumbing ""emergency"" at a home we have for sale. 2:30 on a Friday afternoon I get a call saying the water main is broken at the house what should we do? This house in in Sun City Grand, I called 10 plumbers, no one could be here today. Will Monday morning work? NO! Ethan was on his way home from another job, said I can come right now and twenty minutes later he was there. Ethan is very professional, and got to work quickly completing the job. I recommend Ethan at Sunland Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again!

We had to have our main water line replaced from alley to the house, They estimated it would take the full day and possibly part of the next- the invoiced amount was to be $3100 total -
Two men did the job in 2.5 hrs and when I was surprised they finished so fast the guy in charge said ""it was an easy job"".
I called the office to pay and the owners wife was shocked also that they were done and said she'd rework the estimate.
They took $200. off, that is all.
When I expressed concern over the small amount they deducted she spoke to the owner and he took another $150 off.
We really expected them to cut the bill in half consider the materials were roughly about $800.
And we agreed on the price when we thought it was a full days work. We would not have agreed otherwise.

We were very happy with the work and the courteousness of the men that did the work but were not happy with the price in the end.
We also had planned to have them do our AC unit replacement but decided to go with another company after this disappointment.

Expensive.... charged $80 for the call then added parts, labor, etc on top. $200 for a clogged sink. I thought normally the service call charge was deducted when the service was used.

Amazing job!!! We have used them twice now and everytime work is perfect and the price is just right. They work fast and do a great job explaining what needs to be fixed.

Great customer service! Rick came out to perform a routine maintenance on the air conditioning. He showed me a part that concerned him that may have been a problem in the future. He took the time to show me and explain it to me. I had him replace it and after the replacement he took the time to show and explain the new part. Great company! Thanks! I will be recommending Sunland to friends and family!

I would definitely recommend Sunland to anyone. I had been having problems with my AC for a couple years, and had dealt with another company that only wanted to come out and sell me repairs I didn't need and still not fix the issue. Marty came out at 6am and had me fixed up in no time. Very reasonable rates, honest, and not just trying to sell me crap I don't need. Going through what I've been through the last couple of years, it is very refreshing to find a company that it interested in helping people. Top notch! Thanks again
