I recently had my Forced Air heater serviced by Summit. Cody was awesome! Very professional and didn't treat me like I was an idiot! He gave me some tips on how to make it run more efficiently and what I need to do should I have a problem with it. They all worked around my work schedule which means a lot to me. Would highly recommend this company

Very impressed with the professional and customer service, especially with Jeremy the owner. I had been spoiled by my late husband, a landscaping contractor, who was very honest and always did his absolute best, and took special care of anyone older or physically less able for whatever reason. Jeremy is like that too. Since becoming a widow, I have sadly discovered most contractors/service providers are not like that. Having 3 acres, 3 horses and dogs, water is essential! Thank God I called Summit Plumbing. I will recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Horrible . Sent out by my home warranty, then lied and tried to up charge the home owner. Dishonest. Would discouraged anyone from using them ever.

Wow great service. Water heater pilot light sensor decided to die so my home warranty service sent the service call to Summit. Glad they did! Derrick showed up diagnosed the problem in a flash and he had the part on his truck so it was fixed right away. Voila' hot water again. He also took a few minutes to talk about our hot water recirculating pump and system. Very informative and knowledgeable. If we ever have another plumbing issue we will certainly give Summit a call again and hope they sent Derrick.

We had sewage backing up; thinking the worst. Summit came right out and quickly recognized that it was actually a problem with the city's main line and not a problem with our plumbing. They got the line fixed and working immediately. What a relief.

Thank God I called Summit to fix a broken Septic pipe. I wish I would have called them first.

Set appointment 10 days in advance and then confirmed 2 days prior. Explained that I would be coming up for Christmas with the family. Drove up from Las Vegas and wanted to extend gas line for gas heater. Arrived in Lake Tahoe and waited for plumber to arrive between 9 -11, called at 1130 and they informed me that the plumber was running behind at their earlier job but they should be there within an hour and a half. Two hour go by and no call. I call one more time and they say the plumber is not finished yet, I ask if they can call and see what the ETA is and they state they do not want to bug him? I let them know again that I have no heat and have 3 little kids (6,4,3). They than tell me well they should still arrive before 5. Receive call and I informed that they will not be showing up and will not make it the following day on Friday.

Bottom line no communication, no follow through for set appointment and no disregard for customer service! They act as if they are doing you a favor when you were hiring them to perform a service! Worst ever!

Never again - We were told Wednesday morning that they would contact us later that day to set up an appointment. My roommate called them back at 4:30 to find out what was going on, and they said someone would be out Thursday or Friday to look at our washer hookups, and they would call us Thursday to confirm a time. Never heard from them on Thursday. Friday they told my roommate that someone would be there between 11:00 and 1:00 - she called them at 1:15 to find out where the plumber was, and they said there'd been a delay and he wouldn't be arriving until later. This was *after* she'd had to take a three-and-a-half hour lunch in order to be home to meet him. They finally called her at 4:20 to say that he's on his way. Forty minutes later, *I* called them to find out where he was. I don't talk to people - if I am calling to find out what the problem is, then it's definitely your fault, and I'm not going to be nice about it. They didn't seem to have a clue he'd been late to begin with. He finally showed up and also seemed completely oblivious about being late, and to his credit was in and out *once he got here*, but by God I will *never* use them again.

We had a spectacular experience with Chad at Summit. He came by to look at our ancient furnace on a Fri. He gave us a very understandable and relevant review of choices, quoted us a fair price and then said he thought he could install it by Wed. (that's right, the very next week). On Wed., he showed up with his crew and got everything installed and working by early afternoon. This included a new furnace with a humidifier, two new thermostats and rewiring the connection to our Nest thermostat. Oh and he also rerouted our ducts so that I can access more of the space under our house for storage. Really doesn't get much better than this for service!
