William is solid. He's responsive, friendly, easy to work with, keeps things clean. We've had him to our house to snake a clog and then to look at a broken water heater. We would definitely use him again.

William was extremely responsive and very quick to provide a quote. He works Saturdays and it was really easy to schedule appointments with him.

Unfortunately, that was the end of the good news. He had a bad attitude in general while working on the plumbing. In our case, he unclogged the toilet and replaced two flappers, but when I pointed out that the flush handle was now looser than it was before he worked on it, he went nuts. He started shouting at me and eventually stormed off saying I know nothing.

Must have been something weird he ate. Or maybe he doesn't care anymore because he has good Yelp ratings. Either way, it was a horrible experience for me.

I would give William another 5 stars for his service and time. William has visited me 2 times already and he is an excellent person to work with. He will give you his thoughts and expertise in your situation. My wife and I had some trouble with our bathroom toilet. William came into our door with confidence and the willingness to resolve our problem. He is a great resource and I highly recommend him to anyone.

William fixed two plumbing problems for a fraction of the price that we were quoted by another plumbing company. He charged $211 and the other company quoted us $700 for just one of the two problems. Not only was William on time, polite and knowledgable, he was respectful enough to wear shoes covers when he came into our house.

We would highly recommend William and we will gladly use him again should we need a plumber.

We had a clogged toilet at home and after waiting 7 days for my husband to call his cousin's-friend-brother's-co-workers'-husband I just decided to call someone myself and handle the situation.

I chose C-Snake because they were local and had good Yelp reviews. I called and talked to William. He took down my address and was at my home within an hour. I liked how he broke down the price by which service. My father-in-law waited for him and he also walked my father-in-law through everything as well which was great. He unclogged our toilet quickly without making a mess and his pricing was well below Roto-Rooter.

I also appreciated how he called my cell to explain everything he explained to my father-in-law. Another local company that I'm adding to my list of go-to vendors.

First time review. I am that impressed. THe toilet was bubbling for about two days and it came to a head when I tried to plunge it and ended up with 2"" of raw sewage on the shower floor. This was clearly beyond my means.
Called William at C-Snake plumbing at 7:30pm and he was at the house by about 7:50. He surveyed the house, laid out the options, and then got to work. I found William to be NICE, FRIENDLY, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and EFFICIENT.
Within 45 minutes the clog was removed (a tree root had grown into the main sewer line) and the shower floor was devoid of sewage. He stayed another hour plus to fix some other minor plumbing issues as the late night call has a 2 1/2 hour minimum.

I would recommend it without any hesitation. I think the overall price came in right around where everyone else does (RotoRooter, Mr Plumber, etc) and William was definitely better than those other companies. Hopefully I don't need to make this call too often, but when it happens again, I know who to call.

We had a wonderful experience with William. We had a leak in our toilet we discovered Saturday morning and scheduled time with William that same afternoon. He did get hung up on a prior job resulting in about an hour and a half delay. However he keep us informed and when he arrived he was quick and professional. At the end to our surprise he offered due to the delays that the job was at no charge. (including his parts)

We highly recommend this professional.

Not long ago I experienced a small plumbing issue and was referred by someone to call C-Snake Plumbing.The main thing that I look for as a consumer is fair pricing, quality and customer service. I have no complaints with this company! The gentleman (William) offered great customer service.He was on time for the Job and got right down to fix my plumbing issue. I could tell that he is well experienced in his line of work. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again! Very satisfied!

I don't get the negative reviews on C-Snake Plumbing. Competitors? People who don;t know what they are talking about?

William answered my call at 6 pm on a Thursday night, and was at my house by 6:30. He quickly diagnosed where the clog was in my sewer/drain pipes and told me it was alot less serious than I thought (branch versus main sewer). He was just a few minutes into using his snake machine when it broke down. He spent 45 minutes trying to fix it, then got another plumber friend of his to come out with another machine. William was at my house for over 2.5 hours but only charged me for one hour. He stayed until it was done. He did whatever it took to get it done. He was a solid, honest guy.

He was really struggling with his machine at one point but didn't show one bit of aggravation or anything other than a pleasant and professional demeanor. Throughout all of this the guy was completely calm and made great conversation. William works hard, knows what he is doing, and is a pleasant guy. I felt completely comfortable having him in my house and actually enjoyed the whole thing because he was such a good guy.

Someone complaining about $80 or $120 an hour for a plumber has their head in their drainpipe. Go ahead and call Roto Rooter and pay 30% to 50% more.

Ignore the negative reviews. This guy is solid.

Late last year, based on Yelp reviews I called to schedule service for a bathroom tub clog. I guess William was out of town, but his son was covering the business in his absence. We were very satisfied with the service and price. Recently, another issue with a dripping faucet that was progressively getting worse. And, while we were at it, we decided to get another faucet changed out. The changed out faucet was incorrectly installed - so the hot and cold position is 45 degrees off of center. When I called today to ask him to come back to put it right, I had a disturbing conversation - which never got beyond finding out who I was speaking with, and being hung up on. Very disappointing, and unsettling. I'll find another way to put his mistake right.
