It was early evening and my mom's water hearer was spewing warm water..after calling about 8 places or so which have slow responses on the phone, or claim to be there for emergencies yet don't answer their phones when you have one, William picked up right away, and said he would come right over. Looking at his previous reviewers, this isn't unusual for him. Once he (that he didn't have on him,) he made the trip to the store to get it. Despite the trouble, and the efficiency of taking care of the problem, he didn't charge even half of what all the other companies were charging to come out. He's been doing his work for many years and is confident and fast, and won't scam you. What else could you want from a plumber.

Another plumber was at my place, completely clogged a slow drain and refused to fix it for less than $150 + the $60 dollar fee from my home warranty company. I said no thanks.

I called C-Snake and William came out a few hours later and fixed it SUPER quickly. The fee was less than the $150 the other guy wanted.

I have had such bad luck with plumbers. Finally, someone who was quick, professional and didn't try to gouge me with unfair prices. William responded very quickly to a burst drain pipe in my house. He diagnosed the problem, stopped the leak and was out to fix it the very next day. Prices were fair.

Great Guy... The cold water line to my washing machine was running so slow. William came out and took a look and bam he had my line cleared in no time. Not only did he clear my cold water line to my washing machine... he replaced items that were old and worn out. Thennnn he checked my whole house lines to make sure the he cleared everyting. William went way about and beyond what I expected him to do. William showed up on time, worked in a timley manner and finished clean. Great Guy.. I would recomment him to Everyone.

Got fed up with a muddy walkway through my apartments backyard so I decided to start working on fixing it, starting by turning the dirt and so with my second hit with the Hoe BOOOOM, I hit a main water line that turned out to be a copper extension just 1"" below conected to my unit. With water flooding everywhere and me panicking I started Yelping for a decent plumber.

After a few hopless phone calls, luckily for me I was able to get a hold of William from C Snake Plumbing who not only gives free estimates but said he can arrive in less than 20mins, and there he was. An hour later everything was in place. William was responsive immidiately and had everything he needed to work his magic and fix everything back to normal, he was very proffessional and experienced and on top of all his price beat everyone else.

William is solid. He's responsive, friendly, easy to work with, keeps things clean. We've had him to our house to snake a clog and then to look at a broken water heater. We would definitely use him again.

William was extremely responsive and very quick to provide a quote. He works Saturdays and it was really easy to schedule appointments with him.

Unfortunately, that was the end of the good news. He had a bad attitude in general while working on the plumbing. In our case, he unclogged the toilet and replaced two flappers, but when I pointed out that the flush handle was now looser than it was before he worked on it, he went nuts. He started shouting at me and eventually stormed off saying I know nothing.

Must have been something weird he ate. Or maybe he doesn't care anymore because he has good Yelp ratings. Either way, it was a horrible experience for me.
