What sets Sugar Bear apart from the competition is I aimed to create a brand that truly stands out.
I prioritized hearing what our community has to say about service providers.
I emphasized the importance of communication and punctuality in my team, to take the time needed to evaluate systems and deliver the right solutions, and to maintain cleanliness throughout the process.
We purchase the best tools and vehicles, and we train our professionals on their proper use.
I aimed to give clients options for repairs, enabling them to choose how they wish to invest in their systems.
I aimed to establish a service company that would thrive for years to come, employing dedicated individuals who genuinely care about helping others.
As someone who has been in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work for generations, I kicked off my service career in 1996 at a local business in San Bruno, and that’s where I got the name Sugar Bear.
I ventured into different fields, but plumbing felt like my true calling.
I find joy in helping others; solving problems, providing solutions, and completing repairs is what I love.
The smiles of happy customers motivate me.
I have provided for my wife and our five kids for more than twenty years, sharing my expertise with other technicians.
The growth I’ve witnessed over the years is both humbling and motivating, and I appreciate the backing from families, community members, and businesses in our community.

Laureen S.Sugar Bear Plumbing came out last night (the day after Christmas), on a plumbing emergency that my neighbor was experiencing. I had called another company, and they had no one available at that hour, but Sugar Bear came through! They came out in the rain, after hours, and fixed the plumbing emergency. Technician was knowledgeable, kind, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!

Khristin W.I cannot say enough good things about Sugar Bear and, specifically, about Lawrence who came to help me with our hvac. He was professional, knowledgeable and lovely to have in my home. He helped me work through some maintenance issues then patiently walked me through how to take care of these on my own going forward. This is my second experience with Sugar Bear (they replaced our hot water heater earlier in the year), and both have been fantastic. Home repairs can be so fraught and Sugar Bear has certainly made it less so for me. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

He was very professional and explained the issues and solutions thoroughly. He efficiently fixed our issue and made sure I was satisfied. He also didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. All in all, very satisfied and would recommend Sugar Bear and Chris!

Ori L.terrible experience - verbally said would offer specific services that were then not included in written quote. Once repair work was being done, tried to chair more for the final air shaft (because they had to remove one piece of plywood). Would not use this company again.
