Jake came over to look at my kitchen sink that had suddenly stopped working. He diagnosed the issue quickly and helped me to resolve it. I can tell he is humble and takes pride in his work because he tried to waive my charge due to the repair and diagnostic taking less than 15 min (the issue was mainly due to my own lack of knowledge on maintenance/usage and he educated me). He's also really easy to communicate with and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with so I'm definitely keeping his info for next time...would highly recommend giving him a shot if you need help.

Jacob came out on a Saturday for my convenience. replaced the wax ring with a higher quality part and now there is no more seeping water. Thank you Jacob for accommodating my schedule and coming out on a weekend twice to deal with the plumbing issues. Fixed the pipe to the outside spigot without creating a big gaping hole in the wall, and replaced a broken pressure regulator that I should have addressed a while back. Everything looks great and working well.
Great service, extremely reasonable fees. He was punctual and spent time making sure the job was done properly.
