I originally went on Yelp to find a plumber for my running toilet. The first company i called came out to my house and also checked the pressure regulator. The water pressure was higher than what is normal so they gave me a quote to fix both toilet and pressure regulator. I felt it was kind of high, but I wasn't sure so I called Jake, he was my second option I found on Yelp.

He told me he thought the quote was a bit high, asked me to send him pictures of the toilet and regulator, and then gave me a reasonable quote that I could afford. He came out that same week, fixed both, and was very professional and did good work. I was happy and felt much better after the work was taken care of. The toilet started running a few days later, but he came out after I called him to see what the problem was and fixed it right away.

I also scheduled another day for him to replace my restroom faucet, and now he will be my go to guy for all things plumbing!

Despite some complications on the repair, Jake honored his original quote and completed the service with excellent workmanship and kept the work site clean. Jake wears shoe covers and used plastic sheets to protect the floor.

Jake came over to look at my kitchen sink that had suddenly stopped working. He diagnosed the issue quickly and helped me to resolve it. I can tell he is humble and takes pride in his work because he tried to waive my charge due to the repair and diagnostic taking less than 15 min (the issue was mainly due to my own lack of knowledge on maintenance/usage and he educated me). He's also really easy to communicate with and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with so I'm definitely keeping his info for next time...would highly recommend giving him a shot if you need help.
