Made appointment, with caution that I would have to leave an hour later for doctor appointment. They didn't show up or call. Hours later I texted that I never heard from them. They responded they had been dealing with an emergency under a house. Really doubt they had no phone access for hours. Disappointing.

Yelp is fantastic. After leaving a negative review, Strongheart responded to my post, offering to amend situation. And they did. I'm pleased with the total work that the Strongheart provided, most recently working to unclog a shower drain. While I was originally frustrated with a gap in communication, I am extremely satisfied with the company's efforts to correct their mistake.

I rarely write reviews, but definitely wanted to write one for Strongheart Plumbing. I had an issue with my son's toilet overflowing and his shower backing up. Despite my best plunging efforts, I couldn't fix it and called strongheart plumbing. Of course, as luck would have it by the time he came out the problem had magically fixed itself. Tyler was very helpful and gave me advice on how to prevent the issue in the future.

He could have done work I didn't need and charged me - I wouldn't have known the difference. But, he didn't. I was very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future. It's always great to find someone honest that you can put your trust in to do good work. Thanks!!

Today, we had a leak in our front yard coming from our main waterline. After digging a three foot hole to the leaking pipe, I called one of Tyler's many competitors and asked that they take a look at the leaking pipe and give me an estimate for the repair. An employee of this other company came out and gave me an estimate for the repair and told me there was no guarantee that the repair would work. After hearing the estimated amount for the repair (which was insanely high) and peeling myself off the ceiling, I told the employee that I would call around for another estimate and not to do any work unless and until I authorized it. I immediately went to Yelp to find a plumber where I found Strongheart and Tyler. I noted that Strongheart had a five-star rating and all of the reviews were extremely positive. So, I called Tyler. Fortunately, Tyler was going to be in the area and came by within 30 minutes. He looked at the leaking pipe, said it would be a relatively easy repair, and gave me an estimate that was half of what the other company was quoting. Tyler promised to come by at around 6:00 P.M. that same evening after finishing a repair at another house. True to his word, Tyler came by that evening with one of his employees and completed the repair shortly before sundown.

In summary, I was thoroughly impressed with Tyler. He was personable, His quote to repair the leak was very reasonable, and he honored his commitment to complete the repair that same day. In the future, any time I need a plumber, I will be calling Strongheart and Tyler.

I dread calling plumbers, this business changed my outlook! Tyler responded to a problem at our property, handled with real approachability, professionalism and integrity. The cost was totally reasonable and I will not hesitate (or dread) calling this plumber in the future. Thank you yelp!! I was looking for an affordable plumber in Point Loma and strong heart plumbing had amazing reviews so I gave them a try. So glad I did:))) The owner came out the same day I called and fixed my sink promptly with no hassles. Def will refer all my friends and family and will use in the future, hopefully I won't need them to soon!

My friend recommended Strongheart Plumbing to me and they are by far the best plumbing company I've used since moving into my condo 3 years ago. My kitchen faucet had been leaking off and on and no other company could figure out the source of the leak. They were available to meet my schedule, fix my faucet and made me feel comfortable that they would stand behind their work. I would recommend them to my friends and family if in need of a plumbing company.
