I would stay clear of Strongheart Plumbing. I had a mystery leak in my bathroom and called Tyler and set up an appt the next day expecting Tyler to be the one as the reviews on him were decent. Unfortunately, someone else showed up that was clearly inexperienced and ended up cutting 3 holes in my walls and never did find the leak. (It ended up being simply the toilet wax ring that was leaking which was easily found by Master Plumbing and leak detection the next day) Unfortunately, Strongheart left me with 3 holes that now need to be repaired. The oddest part was the guy who showed up, while very nice and polite kept needing to call Tyler with questions but couldn't even speak to him live. He had to use some odd phone messaging app saying Tylers phone wasn't working. All in all, a simple repair has turned into a huge nightmare. I prefer to only write good reviews on Yelp, but this was a case I felt I needed to warn anyone blindly shopping for a plumber as I was, to try someone else besides Strongheart.

maybe some stuff going on here behind the scenes. Did not show up for a scheduled appt but did arrive after we called to ask if he was coming to do the work. Then he did not return to complete work when he said he would. He left irrigation shut off valve closed and yard is now more brown than green (at least we're conserving water though). Otherwise, fine.

It seems I am the fourth reviewer that had a no-call no show problem.

I was reluctant to contact after seeing the previous reviews of the no-call no show problem, however they were recommended by a friend, and I saw they had said in May that a new system was getting put in place in order to not have this situation occur again. I guess either it wasn't implemented or it has failed.

Two stars because he was courteous on the phone, but not doing something you say you're going to do is just no way to run a business.

I called and made an appointment for Tyler to come and look at a job at my new house. He never showed up, never called, never nothing. I waited around and wasted a lot of time.

looking for a plumber to re route lines for a old water heater to a new one in a new location. All the bids were so high, I finally found tyler at SP...called him a few times, asked him 50 questions, and he was PDP (pretty dam patient!!) so, he came out and looked at the job, and quoted me a few days later. I was going to go with another company but wanted to give him a shot since he was so patient on the phone and on site. His price was very good and it seems like the work he and his assistant did was up to par. Its only been a couple days, but I think he did a great job and I will refer him business when I can.

He got the job done in less than a day and a half when other guys were saying its a 2 to 3 day job. Hard to find a good and honest plumber, but Im hoping I found one!

Strongheart has restored my faith in Plumbers. I recently had a hot water slab leak. When I called Strongheart and made an appointment for an estimate; not only did Tyler (owner) show up but called and asked if he could come over earlier.

Needless to say his estimate was extremely reasonable. Not only did it include repiping, but also the drywall repair, not many Plumbers will redo drywall after they cut into it. After agreeing to the estimate, Tyler and crew (Jeff and Dan) came the next morning and started; and did not leave until I had hot running water that night. So, thankful. Over the next few days the new piping was secured, the walls repaired and dust cleaned up.

These guys are GREAT. I would not hesitate to vouch for them and definitely would use them again.

I had a great, no hassle, experience with Strongheart. I needed a last minute faucet fix and Tyler was able to schedule me the following day. They coordinated with the HOA for water shutoff and took care of my leaky faucet in less than an hour. I'll be using them again in the future.

I was very pleased with the work that Tyler at Strongheart performed.

My wife and I recently bought a condo in Little Italy. As we were renovating the interior, I decided to move the refrigerator (in order to better paint the kitchen). Being conscientious (and generally risk adverse) I thought it was a good idea to turn off the water shut off valve that fed the ice maker. Apparently, this valve had never been touched in the ten years since the building was built, because rather than shutting off any water flow through the valve, water began to pour through the handle. I was able to fiddle with the handle enough to get the water leak down to a slow drip, but I needed a plumber to come out as soon as possible to replace the valve. Inspecting the rest of the water valves in my condo, I also discovered that they were all of a similar style.

I began to call all of the plumbers with reasonable reviews here on Yelp, looking for quotes to replace a total of 6 shut off valves with a newer and more robust ball valve.

What I received from Tyler, as compared to a lot of other well reviewed plumbers here on Yelp, was a prompt response to my needed repairs and a reasonable & fair quotation.

Importantly, as this unit shares its water supply with many other units, the water shut-off had to be coordinated with my HOA - meaning that there was a very tight window within which I needed a plumber to show up and perform the work. Kyle arrived exactly on time, quickly replaced the faulty valve, along with all of the other valves that I was concerned about.

I was very pleased with his work, and I will certainly be using Strongheart again for any other plumbing needs.

Strongheart plumbing is awesome. I was able to make an appointment to have what looked like a leak in my kitchen sink. Tyler indicated it was the faucet and the hard water. I purchased a new faucet which was installed promptly.

Previously, I contacted Strongheart for a leak in my water heater which just needed a part tightened. There was no charge. I referred company to a co-worker who had some plumbing work done quickly since he was selling his home. My co-worker was more than happy with cost and customer service.

I am having company install water softener in my home. I will not contact any other company for bids.
