i had a leak from my water heater last saturday and was barely able to temporarily repair it before i jumped on yelp to look for a plumber. Stride plumbing responded fast to my phone call and they were able to fit me in on Monday and even arrived early with great communication. New water heater in and cant wait to recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing help

Chris was very friendly and honest. He was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out my problem by how I described it over the phone to him. Once he got there he said that he didn't need to replace my ball-vale since it was still working good. So we liked that he was honest and helped save us money. He just replaced the pressure regulator and was fast and it seemed to have fixed are issue.

Although this is my first review, my husband and I have worked with stride multiple times. I applaud owner Chris for his professional communication at all times, never have I had to wait more than a few minutes for a reply or update from him. Technician Louis is always professional, courteous, and gets the job done in a timely manner. He always recommends what is the best for my specific situation, taking budget and necessity into account. Stride plumbing is an honest and reliable company. Now that our home has turned into a rental property, we have found our plumbers. Highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Stride Plumbing and Drains (SPD) had been subcontracted to do some installation work (new kitchen sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, bathroom sink, and associated water line & drainage related to those items). I wasn't home due to a conflicting Dr's appointment, so our plumber Louis, was greeted by our adult son, and between him and our General Contractor (GC), Louis was able to begin work installing the above listed items. I returned home 45 mins after his arrival. Louis confirmed all the items to be installed relayed by our GC, and provided a status update on everything he began workin on. Louis was careful to not disturb both installed and uninstalled cabinets scattered about our kitchen due to our remodel. He made as little disruptions as possible (as my wife works from home and is constantly on conference calls or virtual meetings and was just around the corner). Louis completed as much as he could with the unfinished remodeling work still to be done. He'll return to finish day 2 of 2 when he installs our bathroom vanity sink. Louis was very tidy during all his work and cleaned all debris upon completion. He also hauled away our appliance shipping boxes and styrofoam afterwards. We look forward to him returning to wrap up the installation of our vanity. We wouldn't look any further the next time we need a plumber, we'll be sure to call SPD for all future plumbing needs. If you want a professional, honest, high quality, and reasonably priced plumber, look no further than Stride Plumbing and Drains. My water pipe broke line two evenings ago when a friend ran it over with their car. Water was flooding everywhere. I turned the main off and called 4-5 companies with no answer although they said they were open. Stride plumbing picked up right away, came the same day, and fixed the problem at a honest price. Emphasis on timely response and honest price. Plumbers today are only trying to get over on people who don't know the difference. I'm glad I reached out to this company and they have my business now hereafter.

Hired to put in a new hot water heater. Was easy to schedule with, extremely responsive, and did a great job. When I had another plumbing issue come up (a leak), Chris responded right away and we were able to schedule for next day. He's also honest. When we had problems hooking up our dishwasher, he told us what we needed to do to easily fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend Stride Plumbing and Chris is definitely our go to guy for any plumbing issues
