Called Chris on a Sunday and he answered immediately. He came out on short notice and provided great advice on how to deal with a small leak in the attic that had damaged part of the hallway ceiling. We had some issues installing our new water filtration system at Christmas time so we called Stride and they were so great. They were quick and honest and very knowledgeable. Since then, they have come out a few more times for some different things and found a plumbing part for me that was hard to find and briefly stopped by one day to check my water pressure bc I was having an issue that might have been from high water pressure. Both guys have been great and attentive to us and prices are competitive. I would absolutely recommend them and I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

We had a slab leak last week at the beginning of Covid-19 lockdown. We called a large local company and they wanted to re pipe our whole house, sell us a clean water system and a new water heater. Thankfully, we had Chris with Stride come out on a Sunday. He was clear with his recommendation and super easy to understand. We approved the work and he was able to complete the job in 2 days like he estimated. There were a few small curveballs with RE routing the lines but he found a solution easily. It's refreshing to work with an owner operator that does quality work. Would recommend him to anyone looking to have plumbing work done that requires skill. Thank you

I was preparing for the Superbowl and planned to have a few people over to watch the game. Suddenly, the toilets aren't flushing and then both showers are not draining well...on Superbowl Sunday! I made a few calls. Louis Zimmerman, from Stride plumbing, was at my house within the hour. He was very professional and had the house drain cleared out with the hour and made sure water flowed well f rom all locations. While having to do this on a Sunday was more expensive than a weekday, the repair came in less that my worst case scenario quote and I was back up and running before the game and before my guests arrived. Thank you Stride Plumbing and especially to Louis for his quick response I highly recommend these guys, if you need plumbing work done.

Thanks to Chris for finding an external leak 4 feet under ground in a pipe joint connection. He dug a large hole and fixed it in a few hours. I am so glad I read his excellent Yelp reviews and called him. Will call again to do my other plumbing needs.

This company is so good, I'm going to do another review. Had a toilet that was always weak and had trouble with solids. Plunging caused a blowout of the wax seal and leak water around the base. Plus there was water coming up into the bathtub next to it. The former tenant had long hair and we had to snake out a hair clog in the past. Seemed like there was a clog past the bath in the main line. Louis came back out and spent a good deal of time doing diagnostics. Opened the cleanouts and watched for water flow. everything checked out and could not repeat the obstruction or the leak. Something I really appreciate about Louis is his explaining what he's doing and why. In the end, he talked me out of going any further. The cost for his time? zero. The bath is going to be remodeled in the next month so I will call this company back then.
Call these guys. They won't rip you off.
