We got a leaking tap due to faulty cartridge in our bathtub faucet at 6:30 AM in the morning, we reached out to plumbing services and had a quote plus appointment with Stride by 8 AM and our stuff fixed by 11 AM of the same day at a very good price. That is speedy take-up and turnaround! We had Louis come out to our place, who was not only very professional and courteous but also helped educate us as homeowners about what was going on with our bathroom situation. He did a stellar and clean job and we are pretty happy that we went with Stride. Definitely recommend.

I am extremely impressed and satisfied with stride plumbing. My husband was at work and we needed our pool drain cleared so I contacted dozens of plumbers on yelp. Chris responded in 2 minutes and explained the process and gave us worst case scenario before showing up -- I felt bad because my husband wasn't here so explaining everything is almost useless because I have no knowledge on any of this stuff. I didn't even know we had a pool drain. (Lol) anyway Chris was helpful to explain in easy terms what was going on he was quick and helpful and got the job done. I had, what I thought, was a leak in my water main at the street. I called Chris in the am and he was out that afternoon assessing the problem and giving me a ballpark quote for the repair. We scheduled an apt. for the following week. He arrived right on time and we needed to determine if indeed the water main leaking was mine (there were three in a row). After reviewing the meter #'s we determined that the meter leaking was not mine!!!!! Lucky me, I avoided a plumbing bill. We alerted the neighbor that did have the said defective meter and they chose to do their own repair. After all was said and done, I offered to compensate Chris for his time and effort for coming out twice and helping me resolve an issue. He said no twice. He is a very knowledgable caring businessman and you can count on him to do the right thing. Thank you Chris. I will be calling you again when I have a problem.

Chris at stride plumbing is awesome. I sent over some photos of a badly corroded refrigerator waterline and he quickly responded with an estimate and offered to come out at the end of the day to fix it. Once he arrived he was efficient and friendly. We ended up asking some questions about potentially moving the sink plumbing, and he was very knowledgeable and provided some great insights.
