A few months after this plumber replaced a shower valve for us, we have now found that he installed it incorrectly and caused a major leak into the wall. We now have a 20K bill to redo the shower tiles, handle mold and leak etc because of this awful plumber. They found that he had torn some washer/ ring in the valve while installing it. Stay away - this company must be reported.

Had a plumbing backup issue. Street Plumbing contractor had visited twice and gave up after spending a little time on site. The contractor's recommendation for the next steps (hydro-jet) was also wrong, glad didn't listen. On top of that the person answered the call for scheduling was very rude.

Worst Service Experience of my life with these guys. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. I have an issue with a leaking gas pipe that is maybe 4 feet long, it needs to replaced. I reached out to my home warranty to have it fixed and Street Plumbing & Rooter was the company they assigned. I immediately attempted to call them on the first day as we have no gas currently, so no hot water, no stove, no heating, and no dryer. It's important that this is resolved quickly. Well I called at 3pm on the first day and no answer. I left a voicemail and then headed to their ""suite"" and no one was there even though they say they close at 530pm. No big deal, I'll call them in the morning, what can I do. I call the next morning for someone to come out and they were quick to send someone out and diagnose the issue, they submit the quote and my warranty approved the job quickly. I tried reaching out after the approval and got no answer, figured I would need to wait again. Called this morning and the receptionist told me it was going to be a 2 man 8 hour job, she started trying to see when it could be scheduled, she said she could have someone come out a full week out. Once, she settled on a day, she started saying they were maybe going to need to pull a permit and the insurance wouldn't cover it. I heard her say something like it needing 30 feet to be replaced she said something about 30 feet of pipe. I simply said, I think the pipe is like 4 feet that needs to be replaced, how can it need all this. She told me that's what the contractor said needed to be done, she told me you're more than welcome to a second opinion, then akward silence, then she said, do you still want to do the work or do you want to get another opinion, it's a strong arm move considering they are my only option provided by the warranty company. I said it just feels like you are maybe taking advantage of the situation here. She said, sir, I am a strong christian woman, I am not going to have you questioning my integrity. They no longer are going to be doing the job and I am back to square one. It's ok though, they don't deserve the business and I am happy they won't be getting any, they are a scam company that tries to cheat insurance companies while simultaneously providing false business hours and they are very, very rude.

Wonder if there is a change of ownership recently. Used to be my go to plumbing thru home warranty coverage, used their services many times before, always demanded dispatch to them. This time so far not very responsive. Wondering

5 STARS!!! These guys were quick, reliable, and got the job done right away. We were having an issue with our partial mainline stoppage, and the company sent over Charlie to save the day. All the other companies didn't have availability until 2-3 days later.

Highly recommended. Will definitely hit these guys up again AND ONLY these guys if we have any plumbing issues.

I was scheduled for an appointment between 3-5 and they showed up at 2:30 when I was still at work. The guy said he couldn't wait and left. I have tried calling them at least 4 times and no one has picked up, the voicemail is full and eventually it hangs up on me.

My home insurance company scheduled this company for me and I would NOT choose them myself.

My shower had small leak. Here's why they are a one star. Receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. Beware that if she gets frustrated, she will just hang up on you. The plumber fixed the leak but then I did not have hot water (just warm only). This was not a problem before he messed with it. He came back a couple of times but was not able to solve it. He said that he had over 10 years experience. I asked him if the cartridge was the correct one. He affirmed that they are all standard. He was also ver rude. I finally called another plumber who fixed it by using the correct cartridge.

Wish I could leave zero stars. If you are up for being attacked in your own home by a lazy plumber who argues about what the issue is to do as little work as possible, then these are your guys. I felt threatened in my home and Charlie was kind enough to swear at me because he wouldn't look at a problem. I left multiple complaints and never heard from the owner which is another issue. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and WORKERS!!!!!

This company was dispatched by our home warranty twice, both times they did not fix any problems. Their technicians didn't care to look at the actual problem but immediately suggested to replace the parts. Both times we had to hire another plumber for a second opinion and the plumber that we hired ended up fixing the problem on the spot. Stay away from Street Plumbing.

Our home warranty continues to dispatch this company we ended up canceling our home warranty.

Rip off and liars. I was dumped on their lap by American Home Shield. The contractor came over spent less than 1 min and mentioned that there is no access. He didn't contact me or did anything and just left. Now i am left hanging with a $100 deficit with American Home Shield. Need to reach out to BBB with these guys. I am seeing the similar reviews across by many users.
