Was assigned from American Home Shield. The tech seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I had a block in my laundry drain. I had managed to get it unblocked partially by putting drano and the guy then did not bother to even ask for a cleanout to inspect it or at least put the snake in to clean it out completely. He just left. Would never recommend or use them for sure.

Our home warranty company assigned us to Street Plumbing & Rooter. Making an appointment was a breeze. Their next available spot was a few days later so I'm glad I called right away to secure an appointment. Our problem with our in sink disposer was not urgent so it worked out. Roland, the plumber they sent, is very knowledgeable & professional. He knew right away what was wrong with our disposer. We had to wait about a week & a half coz they had to order the replacement. He installed the new one quickly with no issues, & before Thanksgiving holiday. I'm very satisfied with their service.

DO NOT USE! Be warned, This Company will overcharge and price gouge you, the receptionist is rude and obviously untrained in customer service, you can do better picking any other plumber in The bay area.

Street Plumbing & Rooter has been Honest and done a great job good the two times AMERICAN HOME SHIELD has sent them to us. Their representative (dispatcher?) TERESA is very professional, nice, and was very helpful to get someone to our house as soon as possible today when our new garbage disposal stopped working, and we thought it was also affecting our dishwasher with backwash. Their plumbing technician (ANDREW) arrived on time, was very professional, and honest. This is the best plumbing company AMERICAN HOME SHIELD has ever sent to us. If AHS ever sends a plumbing company here again I have saved Street Plumbing & Rooter's information to make sure they sent this company for any future plumbing issues. We got street plumbing from our warranty company fidelity.I don't blame the company for the response I blame The home warranty because the only thing they care about is collecting your 75 deductible & then you wait forever on the phone.street plumbing came out and fixed our leaking faucet issue and then our toilet problem the tech was nice and knowledge.the ISSUE I have is with the GHETTO ASS woman answering the phones.I asked a simple question and I got all this attitude instead of a helpful or simple answer.IDK who would hire such a negative and bad attitude person to be the contact person for your business I would hire street plumbing again but now I won't because the level of professionalism when I call is gone and all I get is some useless rude secretary that sounds like she doesn't know WTF she is doing & talks down to me like she is doing me a favor by talking over me.instead of listening & paying attention to what I need to get done.so I hope she is not the owner cuz if she is they are in trouble.the secretary needs to learn basic communication skills.

Pathetic Service!! The Person who was handling my faucet issue came in and told me it needs to be replaced and he needs to get approval from First American home warranty .
He goes missing in action for 5 weeks no updates , nothing from First American as well! When i call back First American they put me in touch with a really rude person from Street Plumbing!
Instead of apologizing for not following up . They tell me it will not be replaced with the type of faucet i have and also hung up on me

First American is horrible and their service companies like Street Plumbing are Horrible and have no sense of customer service!

This company was dispatched by First America Home Warranty to fix my bathtub overflow plumbing issue. Instead of fixing the issue, the technician from this contractor just take some photos and sent a false report to my home warranty company stating that there is missing parts so the overflow is out of warranty. The parts were broken and fell into the overflow hole. The technician did not make any effort to find the ""missing parts"" in the hole. I assume his real job is to write false report instead of fixing the real issue. Bad business!

Unprofessional, unfriendly office, incompetent service.
Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. They wasted one week of my time and countless calls and waiting for them, and they were not capable to fix the problem, but gladly offered an expensive upgrade service for me!

Worst experience ever! I had my water heater replaced one year ago under American Home Insurance, this plumbing company was assigned to do the job. They did a such bad job, after only one year, the pipe which connects the safety tank and water heater started leaking badly. I called to see if they can come back to fix it, the lady told me to ask the home insurance and they won't do anything. They are not responsible and professional at all....
