Happy to recommend Streamline Plumbing. Met the owner, Greg, a few weeks ago when he came to give an estimate to replace our sewer lateral. He was on time and very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the trenchless process. We received a quote on the spot and felt very comfortable with Greg's many years of experience, and his demeanor in communicating all the details involved. Once the job was scheduled, all interactions with the other Streamline employees were great, including April (in the office), as well as the onsite crew who were friendly and showed up on time to replace the line, as well as to meet the city inspector the day before the work started and the day after the work was completed. The job was completed last week and took about 6 hours. They also did a nice job cleaning up the area and our yard when they were done. We were very satisfied with Streamline and would definitely recommend them.

I seriously would recommend streamline! I was purchasing a home when I first contacted them and I let them know my closing date was coming up in about two weeks but the sewer lateral has to be done before we actually close. There was about a week that I had to pause everything because some stuff came up on the inspection. Once that was cleared up i only had 4 DAYS to get the sewer lateral repair done, the inspection, AND my certificate... so I felt screwed. I called back April let her know everything that was happening and she let me know not to worry that they got it. They got EVERYTHING done in one day-before 4 pm and it was raining the whole day! This is real dedication and made me really appreciate their work a lot! I had two extra days before close! They seriously made the whole process go by so smooth; I didn't have to worry about anything. They were also the best price I got and their work is fantastic! They are just real honest people- I would 100% recommend them to everyone!

Let me start by saying that when it comes to anyone working on my home or car, I don't trust anyone. Sad but true these days. But I was pleasantly surprised when I found that streamline plumbing is an honest company, who does quality work. They installed a new sewer line at my home. When they were done everything looked the same as when they arrived. Plus they did it at a very reasonable price, were hard working, and very professional. We obtained three estimates prior to hiring Streamline to replace our sewer lateral, and we chose Streamline not just because their estimate was the most affordable, but also because their estimator was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We could tell we'd be well taken care of with Streamline. Fast forward a couple of weeks to when they did the work...they showed up when they said they would, they were quiet as can be, professional and very clean. They didn't disturb our landscape, and they nicely patched the tiny portion of asphalt they had to take up to get to the main. We could barely tell they were here, which is a lot more than we can say about some of the other vendors our neighbors have chosen. We highly recommend Streamline!

Streamline came to my location, analyzed the problem and gave me a fair estimate. I called and scheduled a day to do the work. They came on that day, and did the work. (replaced a lateral). I paid the bill. What more could you ask for ? Also, they were very nice, business like, and left the job site very clean.

Greg Martin the owner came out assessed the situation was very clear on what would be done. Gave me a quote with options incase hidden issues came up.
Once scheduled they pulled all the permits and took care of business.
The crew came out was very professional and completed the project in 1 day.
I have over 30 years in the construction industry. This is a company I would recommend and stand behind 100%. To be clear the work was performed in Castro Valley.

Reached out to these very helpful folks for questions regarding a very serious issue I discovered in my plumbing. Although they stated they were going to be unable to perform the work (because they only do entire sewer line replacement jobs), they graciously called EBMUD on my behalf and tried to get some valuable information for me and they truly helped me the best they could. They were able to help me figure out my best course of action and were very responsive to me via messaging. I was very pleased with how professional they were even when they knew they weren't going to be doing the job for me. If I were in need of some replacement work I definitely wouldn't hesitate to give these guys and gals another shot!
