Streamline performed the inspection for the sewer lateral for one of my listings. This sewer lateral was a complicated one since the sewer was 18 feet down from the street. They made everything look easy and completed the work very fast. They also coordinated with Ebmud to get the inspector out to the property to certify it. Thanks again!!!

I worked with this company for a new sewer lateral. Their estimate was in the middle compared to a few other estimates I got. They brought a large crew with ~7 workers and a very friendly foreman. They put out signs on the street the night before to save the parking spots.

It was a well-oiled machine and they finished the job by mid-afternoon.

Two wrinkles: first, I asked the foreman to tell me when we had to stop using toilets. But they never notified me. This seemed like a basic thing to nail the timing on. Also, they had to dig in all sorts of different places around the house, and some of the landscaping seems permanently worse as a result of their digging. I know that they had to dig and it wasn't exactly their fault. However, there was never any communication about where they were about to dig. A simple thing I would have liked to do is to take a picture of the area around the holes so that I could try and restore the areas to how it looked originally. I called the office about this and never received a call back about it.

So overall professional and efficient, but if you care about how the holes might change things, ask a lot of questions first...

We contacted Streamline plumbing to inspect a sewer lateral for damage. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule an hour before the appointment due to an emergency. Spoke with April who was very courteous and understanding. She was able to work with us and rescheduled us for the next available appointment.

Cody came out to do the inspection and it was obvious we were in good hands. He arrived about 10 minutes early, was very knowledgeable, and most importantly professional. They went above and beyond with the flash drive. They're about 5 weeks out for new jobs, so call early and book quickly!

These guys are AMAZING. They replaced the sewer lateral for our ~100 year old house in Piedmont, CA. They were super responsive, on-time, and managed all the permits like PROS. They were out by the end of the day, and even took extra care and time to replace everything on my lawn, side walkway, and deck. The crew rinsed everything so it looked clean after a major construction job.

Streamline did a big sewer lateral replacement job for me in Berkeley (150 feet, including a five foot deep trench across the street to the main). It was done in two days, including pavement replacement. Craig Martin, the owner, and April in his office patiently answered all my questions in the bid phase. Two weeks after I accepted the bid five trucks and twelve men appeared at my door. It looked like the Normandy landing as some worked in the street and others fanned out around the house. The five trucks were carrying a whole array of specialized tools to detect buried pipe, fuse 12 foot lengths of pipe together, open the trench in the street and pressure test the final result. Later in the process dump trucks promptly appeared to remove dirt and fill the street trench with gravel. Everything was marked Streamline - no subcontracting, no scheduling problems. The workmen were clever and adept. The city inspector assured me they had done a good job. When they swept up and left at the end of the second day there was not a single loose end. With a smaller crew I'm sure this job could have taken a week.

We were very pleased with Streamline's work, and we would not hesitate to use them again. Testing of our sewer lateral system was required because of a sale of one of the houses on the property. The testing was unusual because it involved 9 houses with individual connections to the central sewer lateral. Greg Martin from Streamline guided me in the requirements for testing our non-typical sewer lateral system, which we then confirmed with the city of Berkeley. Greg Martin devised a comprehensive work plan for repairs and testing, based on his visual inspection of the property and the video recording of the sewer lines. Streamline handled the preliminary arrangements with the city public works department, PG&E, municipal parking enforcement, and the city inspectors. With a crew of several workers, Streamline completed the actual repairs and testing in 7 hours. I was also very pleased that all repairs and testing were per the estimate he had provided.

We were required to get sewer lateral done due to purchase of a new property in Oakland and streamline gave us the lowest quote and were able to get us scheduled within couple weeks. Got the job done in a timely fashion and communicated really well throughout the process. The one feedback I'd recommend is that a day before the scheduled job just let the homeowners know to not use the water so they're prepared ahead of time. They did mention at the time of scheduling but it was my bad that I had forgotten about it by the time the work got started. Very happy with their work and highly recommend for any PSL needs

What a great company! Fast response to my request for a bid to replace our sewer lateral employing the trenchless method. Reasonable price for the work needed. Excellent work completed quickly. I am very happy that I chose Streamline Plumbing to do the job and highly recommend them.

The crew did a great job in cleaning up and returning the bark and gravel back to the area of work.
