Called This morning because I needed a plumber to fix my hot water heater...he called me back within 15 minutes and showed up within an hour to fix the problem...done within 20 minutes. This guy is definitely the real deal. He can be trusted and know that it will be done right the first time.

Lance went above and beyond to help me out with an emergency problem at my tenant's house in Anaheim while three other plumbers failed to show up for their appointments that day. He made that 1-hour drive to my location, which was way out of his usual service areas, and therefore, saved my ass. He wasn't able to do anything that night because he didn't have the right tools and it was getting too dark, but he came back several days later to fix the problem. All in all, he made about a 4-hour journey to fix my problem. I don't think he even made any real profit from me. Thanks, dude. Sorry, it took me almost three months to give you a review you rightfully desired.

Long overdue review for Lance and Straight Flush plumbing. Out of several contractors that worked on our house after a major flood, Lance is about the only one we have called back to do additional work on our house. Lance is honest, courteous and professional. His prices are reasonable and he does great work. We will call Lance for all our future plumbing repairs (but we hope we won't have that many).

I would definitely call this guy's back as it seems that they will always be honest about the problem and won't try to over charge or give you false info like other plumbers tried to give me
