Thoroughly and walked me through the entire process of what it needed to be fixed. Replaced the water heater that day and even contacted me with someone who could repair the damage to the dry wall and got them on sight that day as well! Lance is extremely reasonable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I am so pleased to have found Lance he has been nothing short of awesome. I had a leak coming from a bathroom and he found the leak and diagnosed the source of the problem within an hour. Later, I had a question and called him at 8pm he answered and walked me through it. Our Family Room had a leak on Saturday Morning, contacted Lance at 7am and was able to arrive by 9am. We had to figure out if it was due to the rain or the slab, but due to the rain, it was hard to determine at the moment. He uses infrared scans and listening devices to help aid in determination.

While Lance was cutting up the drywall to figure out, if it was coming from outside or a for a water pipe, he contacted a Water Restoration vendor to aid in drying up the leak to help prevent further damage.

Sunday morning comes around and the leak became a pool of water. Lance came over by noon to help narrow down the problem was a slab leak. He located where in the slab it was coming from and sealed off those pipes to prevent further damage.

Lance returned on Wednesday afternoon to re-pipe the area where the slab leak was occurring and was great at completing it to success.

He went above and beyond to fix a toilet we both know my 7 yr old clogged....and while he was here I had him fix a couple other issues, it was so great! I discovered water leaking under my baseboard on a Friday morning. I found Lance on the internet with good ratings and decided to give him a call. Lance came out to my house promptly with his leak detector equipment and immediately located the leak. He opened up a small portion of the wall where the pipes were connected and cut off and capped the leaking pipe. It was the cold water pipe leading into my washing machine in the garage. He was able to run a temporary line into the garage for the weekend so I could use my washing machine. He came back promptly on Monday to run the permanent pipe line to the garage.
He's honest and knows his stuff. I'll be using his services in the future.

Had a slab leak on Sunday. Lance was able to come and help stop the leak within the hour of our call. He went out of his way to help us in a bind.
