Leak on the ceiling during Super Bowl, so I start calling plumbers down the list hoping someone will pick up. Lance return the call within 10 mins and show up in about an hour, work through some tight space and get the job done. I will definitely recommend him, not everyone can put their clients need first, but Lance is one of them.

I had yet another slab leak. After having problems with other companies in the past, I decided to switch it up and call Lance with Straight Flush. Lance responded immediately and set up an appointment within a few hours!!!! Lance showed up with professional equipment to determine the leaking line. Within 20 minutes Lance found it!!! Lance also gave me options as to go about the repair. Thanks Lance for being there for me in time of need. Glad I found myself a new plumber!!!

BUGGING ME FOR PAST YR, I NEED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, VENTING OUT.

Straight Flush installed indoor 40gal Noritz Tankless water heaters x2. I was actually surprised by how quickly the job took especially since Lance was working by himself. My suspicions grew when I noticed both water heater and furnace sharing the same exhaust pipe. Not being a plumber, I researched whether that was done correctly (You shouldn't have to do this if you trusted your plumber). Turns out, improper venting of water heaters often leads to CO leaks/poisoning, resulting in injury or death. When I brought this up to Lance he stated I had no idea what I was talking about because I wasn't a plumber and he wanted payment immediately (umm... your work could put lives at risk?). I called a 2nd plumbing company (licensed, this time) to evaluate Lance's work and they recommended that the tankless water heaters be properly ventilated. The 2nd plumbing company actually spoke to Lance in person in regards to the seriousness of this error. Lance fixed the venting issue and reminded me 'You're getting such a good deal.' and 'If I don't get paid the rest of my money, I'm just going to rip these water heaters out'. Once completed, I called a 3rd plumbing company to re-evaluate and they stated venting is proper, however the service valves were installed backwards. To Lance's credit, this appears to be a common occurrence and not one that would be detrimental to human health. What a headache. Do it right the first time and call a licensed plumber.

I had a pipe burst in my kitchen. Lance came out within a few hours, detected the leak and fixed the pipe. Very professional, respectful and genuine. I definitely recommend.

I can't say enough about the customer service of Straight Flush Plumbing & Repair. Lance, was very efficient, courteous & responsive to our leak problem. Everything was replaced, repaired and cleaned up by the end of the work day. He answered all our questions and were very friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I needed to replace my washer however the existing hoses connected to the valves on the wall could not be disconnected because of the corrosion inside the connectors. I called a coupe of plumbers each suggested some invasive solutions that include opening the drywall and install new valves. When I called Lance, he said he could try to take the hose off while making sure threads are good, with the worst case the new values are installed, and both quotes were given. He did say it was most likely that the invasive solution was not needed. He came in in an hour, and yes, with his plumber grade tools, the hoses were taken off! I appreciate Lance's honesty and nice job that was done which exactly fixed the issue. I will go to him again for my future plumbing needs.

Thoroughly and walked me through the entire process of what it needed to be fixed. Replaced the water heater that day and even contacted me with someone who could repair the damage to the dry wall and got them on sight that day as well!
