We are so thankful to have found Lance and his company, Straight Flush! He is friendly, honest, sincere and works very hard to get the job done! He is now our plumber! I have called the night before, sent pictures of the problem, and he is out the very next morning to get things fixed! Finding a good, honest plumber can be difficult these days but we feel we have found the best in Orange County! He does very good work and his prices are market fair! Call him! We give him 5 out of 5 stars!

Normally a plumber gets a 5 star review for just doing what they say they will do, but I'm going to have to give him 5 star for doing nothing!.. As I read from another customer's questionable SHADY review, Lance stated sometimes he doesn't make any money when the problem doesn't require any work.. I was that guy. I called Straight Flush as a referral from a trusted friend when my hot water heater was going beserk. (at least that's what I thought from all the leaking). As it turns out, with Lance doing the detective work, the leak was actually coming from outside the house and draining into the garage from a broken sprinkler! Simple fix for the gardener to handle.. In today's age a typical plumber could have easily gotten me for hundreds with the purchase and installation of a new water heater, but Lance ""The Honest Plumber"" wouldn't allow me to pay him for his time to come out and handle the inspection. I'd give him ""6 stars"" if I was able.. Thanks for being an honest person in a sea full of crooks..

it was terrible. I asked for a estimate on a pipe reroute. Instead he started the job and when he finished my heater stopped working. I was extremely frustrated and he keep saying that he just cut the pipe. absolutely do not hire him. I wish I didn't hire him, he doesn't check his job

I am so happy and stoked that I found this guy ""Lance"" . We were having a challenge with our floors and water coming through our floors it was all buckled. We kept noticing that our water bill was going through the roof and eventually we figured it out. I try to fix it myself and that was a nightmare. I called another plumber I won't say the company's name "" because he was a really nice guy"" but they really didn't do a good job. I heard some good things about straight flush plumbing and Lance came out and gave me a free evaluation and we went with him and with his guaranteed I had nothing to loose. It's been a couple of months now and everything is going good and I can't thank him enough so sorry for the delay in writing this Lance but thank you so much for all of your hard work and the hours upon hours of fixing our floors and getting all the pipes straightened out.

Lance is awesome. Unfortunately for me I had to use him today to fix a new water leak. As before, he was at my house within an hour of calling, showed expertise and care and even cleaned up carefully afterwards.

While renovating our new home we encountered two leaks. The first was a leak in the AC condenser line and the second during the removal of the floor a worker accidentally punctured a copper pipe in our kitchen. Lance arrived and repaired the damaged pipe in the kitchen. He also determine that the leak in the AC condenser was caused by improper fitting of PVC pipe.

Very professional organization, Lance was very straight forward and fixed our issues. I highly recommend Straight Flush for your plumbing repair needs.

I came home from work around 6 pm and stepped into a puddle from a pipe leak. Within a few minutes I was on Yelp looking for who could take care of this ASAP. Lucky for me Lance called me back within 10 minutes of me messaging and was on his way. He was out in less than 1.5 hours and was able to fix my pinhole leak. Furthermore he had a lot of knowledge regarding the recent piping issues in the area and explained how the hard minerals in the water were producing leaks like this in the surrounding areas. Not only that but Lance also had a great referral for a restoration team for cleaning up the water damage to my home.
