My water bill had tripled in the past few months and I was in a panic. Thank goodness for Lance from Straight Flush. He was over within a couple hours on New Year's Eve day! His communication was awesome. Not only did he arrive when he said he would, but he texted when he was on his way. He found the issue very quickly - a leaking toilet - and fixed it right away. He was kind, trustworthy, professional, and even my yapping dogs were quiet while he was in and out of the house. Thank you, Lance!

I discovered water leaking under my baseboard on a Friday morning. I found Lance on the internet with good ratings and decided to give him a call. Lance came out to my house promptly with his leak detector equipment and immediately located the leak. He opened up a small portion of the wall where the pipes were connected and cut off and capped the leaking pipe. It was the cold water pipe leading into my washing machine in the garage. He was able to run a temporary line into the garage for the weekend so I could use my washing machine. He came back promptly on Monday to run the permanent pipe line to the garage.
He's honest and knows his stuff. I'll be using his services in the future.

Had a slab leak on Sunday. Lance was able to come and help stop the leak within the hour of our call. He went out of his way to help us in a bind. He really explained the situation and what can be done to get the slab leak fixed in the shortest time. He was really tidy and made sure he cleaned up after removing parts of dry wall. Lance came by today to give me a quote on a slab leak that we currently had. Wow!!! Couldn't say enough about this company!! He had all the latest and greatest equipment to find the active leak!! He probably diagnosed the problem then gave me a quote which I happily excepted then started on the repair for the reroute. Not only was he nightly knowledgeable but Ended up choosing to go threw my insurance company in which he pointed me in the right direction for a restoration company!! Excellent service and great communication. Would higher again without question. I was recommended from a friend and glad I was. Lance was available to schedule the next day, on time, prepared and explained the process thoroughly. Lance was even on our roof spraying water to solve our leak problem.
