Stitch Coterie Inc. Is a Top Notch Construction company. They are professional, caring and very patient. The work they did for me which was putting up a shed and getting rid of the debris was outstanding. I'm so pleased that I chose this company . They will be doing other projects that I have in mind for the future . Choosing them was a phenomenal choice . Nicholas the owner of the company made it all worthwhile . There should be more companies like this one that takes pride in the work that they do .

Stitch provided excellent value for its services. Nick and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with, and really cared about getting things right. Importantly, they completed the job within schedule.
The patchwork that Nick's painter (Mohammed) did on my walls was fantastic, and I noticed that Mohammed even took the time to prime the walls before painting, even though priming was not required in the scope-of-work. Another work item required hardwiring undercabinet LED strips to a wall dimmer, and Nick's electrician (Howard) made 4-5 attempts using different LED strips, dimmers and drivers until the finished product satisfied the specifications in the scope-of-work. Throughout the entire process, Nick and his team were receptive to input, and the few problems we encountered were ironed out in a quick, friendly and constructive way.
Stitch would be especially well-paired with a designer or with clients who are actively engaged in the process. For example, Nick's carpenter (Al) had installed the under-sink filters behind the new pull-out trash can, and when I noticed that the filters' location made it difficult to change the filters every six months, Al relocated the filters to the side where they would be easier to access in the future.
I've already recommended Nick and his team to friends and family, and I would work with them again on my next renovation.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Nick and all his staff at Stitch Coterie for their beautiful renovation of my kitchen and living room. They transformed my Manhattan condo into my dream apartment and even exceeded my wishes. They removed my dated popcorn ceiling and gave me a clean, modern finish, painted all the walls, doors and trim, changed my kitchen lights to modern, gorgeous, glass pendant and ceiling lights, changed the backsplash and gave me a new, hands-free kitchen faucet. Best of all, Nick is such a pleasure to work with. Very kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and never said no to any of my requests. Highly recommend.

Stitch Coterie and team replaced my entire shower faucet and my kitchen garbage disposal. The job looked seamless and flawless that I didn't recognized the work done. My guest bathroom has had a terrible odor (sewage smell) for a year now that it got to a point where I was embarrassed to have guests over. My parents kept attributing it to infrequent use so I kept flushing it, even using baking soda and vinegar (like the internet suggested). The smell got worse and water started seeping out from the ground with every flush. The handyman in my building took a look and said the wax seal had to be replaced but that such work was not the building's responsibility. As I've never hired a plumber before, I went on yelp to ask for a quote and Nicholas responded immediately. My building requires the vendor to submit a COI and to fill out a form, both of which Nicholas sent me immediately.

When Nicholas showed up, he was nice, polite, always smiling, efficient, and fast (whole thing only took 1 hour). He also took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what he did to fix the issue. The final bill came out to be $300 which is a lot cheaper than a quote I got from another vendor ($475).

Nick and his team remodeled my garage and it came out perfect. They took a hoarder's paradise and turned it into something I would be excited to show friends and family (and trust me, I have.)

The crew were very friendly and were always there to answer the millions of questions that I had. The craftsmanship is top notch and speed in which they completed the project was impressive. The only hiccup was the replacement side door (I wanted a door that opened outwards, but didn't want to worry about hitting the car when I opened it.) That was totally a supply issue, but Nick was able to get the door situtation all settled and it works like a charm.

Since they finished the job, I added a few of my own touches, but none of that could've happened without the team at Stitch Coterie.

All I can say is, its like an apartment now! I guess I have a place to stay if my wife kicks me out of the house.

This company is horrible.!!! My hot water heater stopped working they came out Monday evening took my $75 said they'll be back. And never returned.!! No one answers the phone and I have been calling since the man never returned still have no hot water and out of $75.!!! Can't believe a company would provide such crappy services.! Especially during these hard times I don't have money to waste and my family needs hot water. I would never use this trash ass company and don't recommend it. Knowing your African American is even worse too.!! It be your own people providing horrible services. You guys suck and don't need to be in no business want to take people money and go.!
