Nick was very resourceful and helpful when I needed to replace the filter underneath the sink. He had immediate availability and was able to come in and fix the problem. He knew exactly what needed to be done. I will be contacting him again if I have anymore plumbing issues.

This was not an easy installation and even though my building was NO HELP at all he figured out how to get this monster of a light fixture up and running! HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE! Aside from being very late and getting the wrong materials two days in a row causing delays, Nick's employee CUT METAL IN MY APARTMENT WITH NO PROTECTION, CAUSING BURN MARKS! There are burn marks on my bathroom tiles that won't come out no matter what I try, so I just have to live with them or re-tile. At first Nick denied any wrongdoing and ghosted, then showed up to assess the damage and seemed to take responsibility (I had hope at that point of some professionalism!) but then disappeared and stopped responding again! WILL NEED TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET ANY COMPENSATION. Soooo yeah, stay away from this company!

Thank you Stitch Coterie! Nick (the owner) responded to an emergency gas leak and fixed it right away. With that introduction, he and his team replaced our bathroom sink, sink base vanity, mirror and two bathroom lighting fixtures, one of which had to be rewired to a new wall outlet. Looks and works great!

He was very responsive - though very busy! Once he started the bathroom job, he stuck with it to the end - took about three days.

He and his team were so personable and truly excited by the transformation - and we are too!

One note of ""constructive feedback,"" he lost some small parts to our Ikea vanity - nothing major, and I'm grateful he was able to assemble and install four different Ikea items for us.

Stitch Coterie is really superb -- professional, multi-talented, responsive and gracious. I found them through a basic web search when I urgently needed someone to install a Bosch dishwasher and remove a broken one. Not only did the owner Nick respond to my outreach within a few hours, he was at my apartment a few days later. When a new outlet needed to unexpectedly be installed, he did it immediately and explained everything to me in detail. He has since repaired my HVAC system and I have asked him for estimates on additional work.
