We wanted to thank Steve's Five Star Service for sending Martin Brody to move our gas stove from one room to another.

While Martin was here we also asked him to double-check some plumbing work that we had done on our own to be sure it was done right before we buttoned-up the wall space.

Martin suggested that one section we had done would not last (and/or) would leak, so we asked him to correct it. He did a great job in fixing it.

We are now happy with the gas stove in the new area and happy that we will not have any water leaks in the walls.

Martin told me he is a Master Plumber and had been doing plumbing for about 30 years. He certainly proved it with us.

MARTIN BRODY. That's the man's name who took care of business in my home. I usually like to do things myself, but my plumbing issue was better off in a professional's hands. The tubing that goes into my washer wasn't working. Martin was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional, clean... I can keep on going. When I called to make an appointment, the lady was very kind too. I didn't get her name. Overall, I had a great experience!

We've used them for years now and recently had our old hot water tank go out on us. Called on Sunday night and a plumber was out the next morning. (Maybe not the cheapest, but among the best around; as the saying goes ""you get what you pay for!"") We'll be calling them the next time we have any AC/heating/plumbing/drain issues. After 30 years, it was time to replace my HVAC system. Preparing to seek some estimates, I asked my neighbor about his system which had been recently installed. He highly recommended Steve's 5-Star Service, so that was the first company I called. Though I usually get at least a few estimates, after the appointment with Steve, I was completely confident about this company. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, very thorough, and displayed genuine passion for providing the very best HVAC product and installation. I knew he was the best person for the job. I can honestly say that the customer service with Steve's 5-Star Service exceeded my expectations. Susanna in the office was wonderful, keeping me updated on all aspects of the job, which went exactly as planned. Charles came to disconnect my old A/C unit outside, so that I could paint behind it, and he cheerfully indulged my curiosity by answering all of my HVAC questions. Richard and Anthony, the installers, did a great job and were also very informative. Clearly, all of the people connected to this job are skilled, dedicated, reliable, and simply very good people. Needless to say, I would recommend Steve's 5-Star Service without any reservation. They truly deserve 5 stars!

We had a serious plumbing leak that the Golden State Water Co meter reader alerted me about. We lost our long time plumber so I resorted to looking online and reading reviews. We were not disappointed. Jose was sent out within two days and prioritized our problem so that we were first on the list the next day . The leak was difficult to diagnose but with over 30 years experience Jose resolved the issue. In the course of his investigation he identified some other issues that we plan to address to avoid more serious complications in the future. Jose is courteous, gracious and most importantly, knowledgeable. Additionally he was careful to socially distance and always wore a mask. In concluding I'm saving perhaps the best, the rates are very competitive.

We were having issues with our toilets not flushing. We had Steve's out and they had to fix a break in our sewer line. I have used Steve's for our tankless water heater and furnace. They are a wonderful local business that I support they stand by their work and will respect Covid restrictions. Thank you for getting my potties back!

I called Steve's for an estimate to replace my water heater. Thomas showed up at the appointed time and wearing a mask which I really appreciated. Their estimate was significantly less than another estimate I had gotten. I've used Steve's before so I knew the quality of their work. Thomas didn't disappoint. Due to the location of my water heater, replacing it was not an easy task. Thomas was positive, persistent and did an excellent job. They are my go-to plumbers!

My family and I cannot thank him enough for coming out on Sunday morning to replace a leaking pressure relief valve on our water heater. Martin was very professional and got the job done quickly.
