Also had Jeff Padgett and Clayton out same day to do some plumbing repairs (broken pipe leaking into downstairs living room ceiling from upstairs shower) which they fixed and cleaned up after themselves. Also put a pump and sensor in for hot water to get upstairs to bathtub (which was not happening before they did this as bathtub all the way upstairs and at other end of house from water heater and only realized this when I went to use bathtub after not using since moving in recently) I would highly recommend Jeff and his intern Clayton and Steve's 5 Star Plumbing. 5 Stars from me. They have very nice young men working for them who know what they are doing!

Our technicians were Fern and Andy. When they arrived, I mixed up dates and had no idea they were coming. As I tried to make sense of the situation, Fern and Andy waited patiently and respectfully. It lasted about a half an hour and come to find out it was all my fault for mixing up the days. Again, Fern and Andy I apologize! They got to work and at first they gave me a end time for 3pm, which was more than fine. These guys wrapped it up by 1:30pm. They did an amazing job replacing and installing the new furnace and outdoor unit. Professional in every aspect from the impressive installation to the respectful attitude in which they worked with. They left taking all the old material as well as all the trash that was made leaving the area around the units cleaner than it was before they started! Very grateful for that! We will definitely rave to friends and neighbors about the excellent job they did in hopes more business may come their way because they truly deserve it!

Steve's Five Star Service was incredible. From the first call I made, the lady who answered was so kind and helpful and patient. I asked so many questions but she answered all of them with such a smile
In her voice. Then she sent Chris out the next day to help. I don't think I've ever met a kinder more helpful guy. He answered all my questions and had such a great sense of humor. After I signed the contract for a whole new HVAC system, they got installers out in just a couple days. The installers? Amazing! Professional, courteous and so polite. Andy and Luis were great and had me up and running before the hottest part of the heat wave. Steve has the greatest group of employees working for him and they represent his company very well!!!!

I have to say I'm writing this on my great Aunts behalf. I requested this project just last night and they responded immediately since she is 79 years old. We did have a mix up this morning but they were still able to get a man out here to help out even earlier than expected.
My Aunt said, ""She'd give Chris U. 10 stars if she could."" He sat with her for 1.5hr to go over everything on her phone and tablet since I wasn't home. Helped her look at different options and explained everything in great detail.
She absolutely adored his kindness and patience and wanted to share her experience. We will have to get a whole new unit and it will start Monday.

-- also they sent a photo and name of the person that would be coming to help. This helped our nerves a bit for knowing who was suppose to arrive

First time experiencing something like this; company shows up 1.5 hours early, leaves, and doesn't come back during original appt time frame.

I had an appt window from 4pm-6pm. While I was at work, I had a missed call and a text. The text said they are arriving soon (text timestamp 11:35am). They had let me know that there was an opening and they could visit me sooner. I told them you guys are 4.5 hours early and I'm at work.

From this time at 11:35am to 2:30pm, I had 5 missed calls and a few texts from them. The tech texts me at 2:38pm and says he's arrived. At this point, I'm still at work and I wasn't able to pick up his calls or see his texts. So he says he wants to reschedule. I waited from 4pm-6pm, it was a no show. I asked at 4:26pm to see if it's a no-go since they already came earlier (doesn't make any sense).

It was a no-show for the appt time I had requested. At the end of the appt window, 6pm, they text to ask me if it's an emergency. What?? Are you joking me? You guys show up much earlier than the appt window when I'm not home, and leave, and blame it on me that I couldn't meet with the tech sooner. Then ask me if it's an emergency?? I'm glad I found a company that can make the appt times around their customers' time/schedule.

Then the next day they text me and tell me that they couldn't get a hold of me. Of course! Because I was at work and not available upwards of 4.5 hours earlier so of course communication would be difficult during those times. But when I was available for the Original time of 4pm-6pm, which was my appt time frame, you guys didn't respond when I asked if it's a no-go since no one showed up. ""Very difficult to work around your schedule"" part of the text reads. I'm the consumer, the customer. I hire companies like yours to do work, you work around my schedule. That's the whole point of setting appointment times. No stories, all truth, it's all in the messages. To top off this situation, they took a picture in front of the wrong house! They weren't even at my house to begin with.

I had an issue with my HVAC suddenly not working on a Tuesday evening and I called Steve's and they sent Christian over the first thing the following morning. Christian very efficiently diagnosed the problem which was an electrical short in the furnace in our attic. It was fixed in short time and now my A/C is back up and running. Christian was very professional and personable and once again, I am glad I turned to Steve's for help with my HVAC issue.
