I remodeled my entire kitchen. Everything looked beautiful until I realized the guy didn't install my sink/faucet/garbage disposal.. I called Steve's and was told someone would be out in 4 hours. Jose Morales was ahead of schedule and showed up so fast and gave me an incredibly fair quote and got my sink looking beautiful! 10/10 would recommend.

I needed to replace my water heater and associated plumbing as a result of a home inspection required by a refi. I had used Steve's in the past for a water leak in the bathroom. They did a great job then so I called them up. Cory sent out Jose the next day to provide an estimate. We agreed on the quote and the work was scheduled On a Tuesday. Two days later on Thursday, Jose showed up in the morning and went to work. By four PM, he was packed up and done. His work is superior and he is a nice guy. Cory, at the front desk is pleasant to work with as well. My recommendation is .

Our dryer vent led to the bottom of the house instead of outside of the house which was a major fire hazard. We also found our dryer vent was not hooked up properly causing the house to be humid when using the dryer. I called over 10 different vendors in the area and none of which provided services for ventilation under house. Finally, I found Steve's five star service who came out to provide estimate. We found the ventilation under the house had to run over 25ft so the quote was reasonable for the amount of work needed to fix the dryer & ventilation issues. Jose did a great job and was very punctual, professional and organized. Will definitely use their services again!

Martin Brody provided excellent service in the installation of two faucets and two new ADA toilets in my home. His impressive knowledge and superior plumbing skills were apparent during the first job, so I decided to have him recommend and install new raised toilets that are low water use. One was installed upstairs which he made look easy!
I always turn to Steve's for HVAC and plumbing needs and now l will request Martin for plumbing!

Listened to my concerns with tub handle then he explained the job at hand. I agreed and allowed him to do the job.

Received a very reasonable quote from Blake compared to other local companies. Blake answered all my questions prior to the work commencing. A week later Richard and his crew came out and removed the entire duct system from the attic and removed the old condenser and evaporator coil and replaced with a new Carrier system and new updated R8 ducting. Immediately we noticed a big difference in the reduced time it takes to heat up our house. The AC unit runs really quiet and more efficiently compared to our old R22 system. We're very pleased with the outcome and work from Steve's Five Star service and highly recommend them.

From the beginning they definitely represented their title well.

Blake our salesman answered all of our questions and worked with our budget. He explained everything well and desribed our options and the advantages of different systems.

The install team worked quickly and efficiently. They kept all work areas clean to minimize the impact to our home.

There were a couple bugs to work out at the end but Steve's Five Star service did not stop until the system was up and running and we were satisfied.

We wanted to thank Steve's Five Star Service for sending Martin Brody to move our gas stove from one room to another.

While Martin was here we also asked him to double-check some plumbing work that we had done on our own to be sure it was done right before we buttoned-up the wall space.

Martin suggested that one section we had done would not last (and/or) would leak, so we asked him to correct it. He did a great job in fixing it.

We are now happy with the gas stove in the new area and happy that we will not have any water leaks in the walls.

Martin told me he is a Master Plumber and had been doing plumbing for about 30 years. He certainly proved it with us.
