Let me tell you their name lives up to my standards as a Bostonian with high expectations. Alex Lujan was a 10000000/10 help. Last night my heat stopped working and the temp kept dipping. I was under 3 comforters and still shivering. This morning I called Steve's and explained that I had 2 small children and a dog and needed someone asap. They said they could squeeze me in and squeeze me in they did. At 5pm the hero of the day showed up. Thank you Alex!!!!

I just want to update my review and thank Steve's Five Star Service for sending Jose to diagnose the leak that came back. The leak also caused a lot more damage than what the eyes can initially see, so Jose even recommended another highly rated company to check the moisture. Steve was also responsive on Yelp and he listened to my concerns regarding my first experience. They really do care about customer satisfaction and I felt the sincerity, not only from Steve but also Jose! I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs! Thank you so much!!

This was my second opportunity to work with Steve's Five Star and as before, the timeliness and service were the best imaginable. Douglas who came to check out a faulty HVAC system really knows his job and all kinds of equipment. He quickly identified a very simple problem with a blown fuse in the system. He also addressed concerns about the system's safety given its age. He walked me through the repair process and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, the rates were very reasonable. When Douglas finished, my system was running smoothly and I was better informed about its operation. Douglas and Steve's Five Star are awesome!

I had scheduled an appointment with a plumbing service a day in advance. And on the next day, as I was waiting for the plumber, the office called me minutes before the scheduled appointment to say that the plumber had an emergency and that they couldn't find anyone else to take his place. So they wanted me to reschedule. Instead, I looked for another plumbing service that can come by the same day, and sure enough I found one fortunately. On a same day appointment, I had Steve's Five Star Service replace my corroded water line and one-piece angle stop valve for my toilet, as well as a stuck shutoff valve outside my garage. The work was performed by Jose, who did a very good job. Great professional demeanor and very knowledgeable in his trade. I don't usually write Yelp reviews but in this case I felt it wouldn't be right not to give them kudos for their excellent service. I'm so glad I found them easily on Yelp.
