Jose and Thomas showed up on time. They fix all that needed to be fixed: kitchen, bathrooms, clean outs. All with good timing and quality. What else could I say? 5 star service like advertised

We had a serious plumbing leak that the Golden State Water Co meter reader alerted me about. We lost our long time plumber so I resorted to looking online and reading reviews. We were not disappointed. Jose was sent out within two days and prioritized our problem so that we were first on the list the next day . The leak was difficult to diagnose but with over 30 years experience Jose resolved the issue. In the course of his investigation he identified some other issues that we plan to address to avoid more serious complications in the future. Jose is courteous, gracious and most importantly, knowledgeable. Additionally he was careful to socially distance and always wore a mask. In concluding I'm saving perhaps the best, the rates are very competitive.

We were having issues with our toilets not flushing. We had Steve's out and they had to fix a break in our sewer line. I have used Steve's for our tankless water heater and furnace. They are a wonderful local business that I support they stand by their work and will respect Covid restrictions. Thank you for getting my potties back!

I called Steve's for an estimate to replace my water heater. Thomas showed up at the appointed time and wearing a mask which I really appreciated. Their estimate was significantly less than another estimate I had gotten. I've used Steve's before so I knew the quality of their work. Thomas didn't disappoint. Due to the location of my water heater, replacing it was not an easy task. Thomas was positive, persistent and did an excellent job. They are my go-to plumbers!

Five stars to Martin Brody, service technician at Steve's Five Star Service! My family and I cannot thank him enough for coming out on Sunday morning to replace a leaking pressure relief valve on our water heater. Martin was very professional and got the job done quickly. Martin will be the first call if I have any future plumbing issues.

Excellent as always; I have been using Steve's for many, many years now. I never call anyone else for Plumbing or A/C needs anymore (why ?). Martin came out (again, he's my ""go to"" guy there; he knows my home); and, he is the best plumber I know. Sincerely, he truly knows his stuff; and, he is fun to chat with. He is efficient. Frankly, he is terrific. Thank you, Martin, for the fine job of diagnosing our quirky situation quickly, going the extra mile to find the ""odd"" part and getting the job done quickly, professionally, correctly and exactly when you said it would done. Anyone who needs a plumber, go to Steve's Five Star Service; ask for Martin. (If course actually all the guys there are terrific; as I mentioned, I've used Steve's for many many years, Steve knows how to hire right; they are the best...).

We had a great experience with Steve's Five Star Service for plumbing. We developed a kitchen sink backup that was caused by a cracked drainage pipe underneath our concrete subfloor. These repairs are always costly and we went through multiple companies' quotes. Matt was very friendly and importantly was honest in his assessments and left things that were serviceable alone - he focused on what needed to be fixed, highlighted areas that could be fixed if we wanted, and areas that could well be left alone. When he discovered the cracked pipe extended underneath our home he seemed to feel genuinely bad for us because it meant additional work.

Matt cleaned up well and we had no ambiguity about the scope of the project - we knew what he was going to do and whenever there was a ranged price (depending on the findings of camera work, concrete breakage etc) he always came in at the lowest end of the range. We were happy that there were no surprise charges at the end. The only minor less-than-stellar experience was some planned work on the weekend that was canceled late - we hadn't originally expected them to work on the weekends anyways so it didn't impact the timeline of the project, but if there is a planned work day, advance heads up for changes is always appreciated.

Overall a very positive experience on a problem that was bringing a lot of stress and anxiety.

You want an honest review? Want a company that will deliver and do the job right the first time with integrity? This is it. We have used Steve's in the past for a complete HVAC upgrade, and minor plumbing issues. Recently, we had a major plumbing issue an called Steve's.
Jose arrived on time and immediately got to work. He was very professional, gave us straight answers and did not try and sell us something we did not need. Amanda from the office called us and was instrumental in getting everything set up correctly. Both Amanda and Brandon, the manager, were as also very supportive and compassionate in dealing with our issues and handling any questions we had quickly.
When Jose returned to do the work required, both himself and his entire team were very professional, skilled, hard working and got the job done right. Having used Steve's in the past, we trusted in them to do great quality work, and they delivered again! A superior company and we highly recommend them! Thanks again!
