Great response; had to wait (called on Sat afternoon) until Monday but not an emergency for us and we weren't around on Sunday anyways. First thing Monday, he shows up, snaking the drain was a bit challenging (it had been ~10 year since the last time) but he was able to clear the line nicely. My drain/sewer system is not the most logical or easy to snake, so the hour plus on the job was really quite fast. Price was not the cheapest (careful, you get what you pay for) but will within reason and very efficient. I will hire him again in a minute.

we had a new fridge delivered but the installers would not complete the installation because the water valve was too old and stuck tight. Steve and his son came the same day and replaced the valve. Steve was very upfront about the work and the cost. He let me know that he would not be able to repair the drywall where he would need to cut to get to the pipe. That was fine since it's behind the fridge, but I appreciated him being clear about it. I was really glad to see his son doing a lot of the work with Steve's supervision; great for a young man to have those skills. The work was excellent and Steve even helped us with our toilet flush and a recommendation on water heater replacements before he left. Overall a great experience, we'll definitely have them back for the water heater when we're ready.

I woke up to water on my garage floor, and it's Thanksgiving week. I have used Steve's Plumbing in the past, (he did a great job for a fair price.)
I gave him call and was so grateful he was able to come out in a few hours.
Had a pipe that sprung a leak. Steve and his son replaced the bad area of the pipe. Leak was gone! Then I asked, ""after the holidays will you come back to replace a leaky garbage disposal?"" He said let me look at it right now! Yippie for me! He was able to replace my old disposal with a new one and very quickly too! Much Thanks to Steve and his son for coming out so quickly and doing a A+ job, and again, it think the price was very fair. I would recommend Steve's Plumbing 100%. Thanks Steve!

Steve is fantastic. He's kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. I had a clogged kitchen sink that required him to snake it from my roof. He was careful not to damage my old gutters. Once unclogged he told me to use an organic enzyme to help keep the pipes clear of grime to help prevent future clogs.

Steve has always been upfront, honest, ethical, and generous with his time and expertise. He is willing to take the time to explain issues, needed repairs, and how to proceed in the future. We just completed a bathroom remodel, and some highly problematic issues were discovered.
