Steve is fantastic. He's kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. I had a clogged kitchen sink that required him to snake it from my roof. He was careful not to damage my old gutters. Once unclogged he told me to use an organic enzyme to help keep the pipes clear of grime to help prevent future clogs.

Steve has always been upfront, honest, ethical, and generous with his time and expertise. He is willing to take the time to explain issues, needed repairs, and how to proceed in the future. We just completed a bathroom remodel, and some highly problematic issues were discovered. Steve worked alongside the person completing the remodel to address and resolve these issues, as well as prevent future problems. Both his son and daughter have come along as assistants, and they are kind, polite and extremely hard-working. We love having them. We will continue to be loyal customers!

This was one of the worst plumbers that I ever picked I bought a water filter to be changed out to put a new one on he changed the valves on the unit and use duct tape I was told by the park these are not the right wires this has to be redone I also had a hose not put on that was lousy too it's still leaking if you want a good plumber please don't use this one all the work that he did was lousy I paid for service that I didn't get please don't use this plumber you won't get your money's worth

By only a phone call, I determined this guy had an anger issue. He was bullying, intimidating, claiming he just wanted to get IN and OUT without wasting time. His arrogance also demanded $150 up front to even come out to quote the job.
NOT the guy for me.

Steve did not do his own work, he had an ""assistant"". He over charged and was rather rude when I asked for a formal invoice. I asked him to install a new faucet in the kitchen, which was done by his assistant. And then I needed to have my gas line for my stove moved as it was up high at counter level and needed to be moved down to where the new stove had the attachment for gas. He didn't do this at all. He just added some pipe and attached the gas line outside the wall. When the stove was pushed in again it stuck out about 2 inches. I couldn't open the dishwasher as it hit the stove. It's a small kitchen. I called an he refused to come back and fix it. I had to call Bill Howe Plumbing to come back and fix it properly. That plumber cut the dry wall and moved the pipe inside the dry wall and finished the job properly. I did not send him the full amount he was charging. I will never hire this plumber again. I would warn others also.

Finally found the Best Plumber! Steve came highly recommended by Santee Chamber of Commerce. He picked up my call personally, and had one of his guys out here within 2 hours. Repaired a shower, 3 toilets, leaking dishwasher drain & did caulking around sink, Work was completely done in 2 hours for about $100 less than other companies low-ball phone quotes.
I'll use him and refer him again and again! Thank you Steve & Russell.
