My upstairs Dual toilet was leaking from the resoiver and annoying the crap out of me at night. Finally called to get it fixed. Steve's Plumbing came the next day, decided to just replace the toilet since the parts for the old toilet would have to be ordered. Martin (tech guy) replaced both toilets in two hours. Very happy with the job, very expensive but hey, my toilet is my castle. Sides, going to Vegas next week and will probably lose as much with nothing to show for it. This is what I got, two brand new toilets

Colin Miller, with Steve's Plumbing, did a great job in repairing our water hammer issue. He is friendly , courteous and knowledgeable in his profession. All the staff at Steve's Plumbing to whom I had in contact with are all professionals, Kathy, Cheryl , Roger, the District Supervisor. We will definitely use their services again for future plumbing issues. They are reliable unlike Roto Rooter who failed to deliver a work estimate that was promised and never returned messages. Steve's Plumbing, you have definitely earned my confidence!!!

Based on the plentiful 5 star reviews I's sure Steve's Plumbing has performed well for others. Just not me! To be honest Ed who took my call was pleasant but as it turns out didn't know that The company doesn't perform commercial fire sprinkler repair. Neither did the girl who answered the phone when Ed was on lunch break.. I made it very clear what the repair was for. My 9-1 window turned into a 1:39 window. still okay, until the simple repair that should take less than an hour was quoted at $300.00 (possibly more) still okay! the whole Ewa 2 nd. floor fire sprinkler system had been turned off and security was on fire watch. Then I'm told by the plumber I must wait till tomorrow...""What! Its only 1:45 pls. call your boss.."" 2:00 pm. he comes back over to me. 15 Mins? ""Sorry we don't do this type of work"" Manager calls after i politely explain i will post a poor review. Lucy, very well spoken and nice says they will refund my $49.50 just to get the plumber there fee and pls. think of us in the future. NOT :) When I mess up and waste someones time and energy I do much more to show Im truly sorry and to ask for forgiveness. Moral: don't call them for fire sprinkler work. everything else seems good.. ps. I should have known better but my wife told me to call them ;)

These guys were excellent. I was put on a wait list for service after 7pm. Was told maybe 9-11pm but closer to 11pm. He finished early from a previous call and despite traffic came 15 minutes early at 9pm. I knew by email contact as to my job number and even on a separate email who my plumber was including his picture. Braydon Moller, the plumber, was very professional in doing his work. This whole experience even came with a plus because this company even had discounts on their website. I was a very pleased and happy customer.

I have spoken to many people about Steve's Plumbing- unfortunately after the experience! I will never use them again. They say they will charge 39.99 to come out but once they get there, watch out and hang on to your wallet!! They will take you to level one, for 200. & then quickly to level two for another hundred. After 30 mins, the technician will walk away with 300. and doesn't even check to see if he has solved the problem. He didn't! Very dishonest business- never again. Beware!!!

Steves Plumbing Service, is Awesome! from beginning to end they keep you in the loop via email and also phone call. Contact every step of the way till the Tech assigned to you arrive for his or her appointment. Martin Dixon is an exceptional tech. He' very polite, humble, and knowledgeable in his work ethics. This company stands well above the others on Maui for its excellent customer service. From the first contact with friendly staff members on the phone to the service people on site, everyone is very professional and courteous. I recently dealt with Matthew, who performed a home inspection of all our plumbing fixtures/drains and repaired a toilet problem we were experiencing. He showed up on time, explained everything carefully, was very polite, got the job done efficiently, and cleaned up carefully afterwards. This is the second time I've used Steve's Plumbing, and I am very impressed with their service!

Prices are way too high and they don't call back to talk to the owner. They started work with a tenant without giving me the owner a quote.
