Buyer beware. They offered a ""free estimate"" that ended up being$795.00 if we wanted the plumber to do anything. It's free to have a plumber show up at your house. Anything After that it's $750.00..... That's called bait and switch.

These people are ridiculous. This marks the 3rd or 4th time they told me that they would be out--made me wait around all day-- and then at the end of they day say they are not going to be able to make it. They have serious dispatch/organization problems. That said, the technicians, if you ever see one...are pretty nice. Calling Allen's now.

Still irks me that I got treated so badly while they tried so hard to cover up the truth. Steve's Plumbing refused to accept responsibility for the so called expert plumber's leek left behind. My kitchen flooded after he left the job under the kitchen sink. The lies, deceit and constant denial on the flooding of my, new to me condo was unbelievable. I hired licensed for a reason, to be sure I was getting an expert. But when something leaked, they were no way going to admit causing the flood. No one touched anything except the plumber. when he came back to find out why the flood happened and inspect the damage the water caused, He, my plumber spent an hour and a half in the driveway typing his lying version of what happened to cover his okole. He twisted everything to suit his need. Totally Lied Like A Rug!!! I finally got the damage replaced but had to turn them into the BBB to get it fixed. Shame on them for not taking responsibility for what they cause.

UPDATE 1 Year Later NEGATIVE 5 Stars! Steve's Plumbing MADE and LEFT home Uninhabitable! * WARNING * HIRE AT OWN RISK * WARNING * New Management is as Dishonest as Old Management! They created a disaster of my property and are NOT WILLING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Contrary to their TV advertisement where the owner says: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMYa1AcH8Wk ""It's Done Right, We make it right or its free at Steve's Plumbing Service"" Dishonest and False advertising! After disconnecting water and digging trenches to install Replacement water lines they claimed they were ordered by Maui Count to STOP as Steve's Plumbing failed TO OBTAIN PERMITS required by CONTRACT AND COUNTY CODE. Still NO WATER for over a YEAR! DESTROYED LANDSCAPING UNABLE TO RENT UNABLE TO SELL Significant Financial Damages and FINE accruing. No other plumbing company is willing to do job due to pending litigation. Steve's Plumbing rejected a FAIR settlement offer from me weeks ago, Steve's Plumbing only offering to return deposit with no restitution or repair for the damages they made! See them in court NEXT YEAR, November 2024. * WARNING * HIRE AT OWN RISK * Be safe call some other company.

Was let down by this company as a loyal customer they canceled on me 3 times. I tried to be understanding but they didn't seem to care. Wouldn't recommend especially an afternoon appointment. All I needed was a simple repair from a dripping ac.

If you are a property manager, Steves is great! All the way from easy to set up with a quick phone call, to being out there the next day, and keeping me informed all the way through the fixes. Marcos was the technician and he was fast, friendly and efficient. Quickly solved 2 issues at 2 of our homes. Great Job!
