This is first time using their services. We been on the island for a couple years now and like to shop locally. We called the company and they showed in a timely manner. The gentleman introduced himself but I can't recall his name. He went in assessed the problem and I saw him go back and forth to his truck. I would say an average of an hour to fix the problem. No problems calling the company and nothing but aloha spirit. Will be using them in the future, for sure

I would tell you how well they did, however, I could not get them out to actually do the job! The first appointment they cancelled because he was sick. They rescheduled for a week later. Then called at 8am the day of my second appointment and again cancelled because he was going to run late on another job. They would not reschedule me until the following week. I called a different company.

Collin from Steve Plumbing is awesome! He is very good at his profession. Also he is very kind and respectful. He performed all the repairs in a timely manner. I highly recommend Steve's Plumbing. Also recommend becoming an Ohana Member. Its totally worth every penny!!

Pulling NO SHOWS isn't professional by my standards. No follow up calls to let me know they were running late-nothing. I called Steve's Plumbing to schedule an appt at 10AM on July 3rd. The woman on the phone was nice. She scheduled me in as an after hours appointment and explained to me that I had to pay an additional $89, and asked me if I was OK with that. I said okay...she said they would call 30mins prior to arrival. A window time between 6-8PM. At 7:45PM I called to see what time the plumber would show up and she sounded like they had forgotten about me. She called the plumber and said he was still at another job site and he will arrive between 8-10PM. Again asking if that was ok....A little late but I needed the drain to be fixed as water was coming back into my kitchen sink. Main pipe was backed up and water was not draining properly. The risk of the water over flowing over my sink while I slept was a big concern. At 9PM I Called, feeling a bit worried to see what time plumber would arrive. NO ONE answered the phone at that time!!! and they say they are 24HOUR service? I called several times (5times!)- still no human voice answered. I then text'd an online chat. And that person had no clue except to keep trying to call the number. By that time I was feeling irritated. I waited 5hours 5PM to 10PM with NO one calling me back. I finally got thru at 10PM and then she tells me it will be $200 for someone to come after 9PM and if I was OK with that? it was already past 9! And $135 or something like that because tmw is a holiday July 4th!!! Am I OK with that???! NO I AM Not OK with that!!! After I posted my bad experience with this company on Facebook...a few friends had confirmed and now warns me that this company SUCKS and is incompetent, money robbers...go elsewhere, I AM!

This was our first experience with this company but it will not be our last. We were very impressed with how professional everyone was. Wereloe B came to do our plumbing inspection and he was a delight. He was professional and made sure we understood everything he was doing for us. When he worked in an area he made sure it was left clean and in working order. We will be sure to ask for him next time we have a plumbing need. Thank you for great service.

This is our first time using their service We call for a replacement of our kitchen faucet hence they showed up in 30 minutes Werelow was very professional and efficient and he was out in a hour Definitely a plus having Steve's Plumbing on the Island. Highly recommend them.

Love that they are bringing tech (mobile apps for pricing, scheduling etc) into the plumbing industry. Steve's plumbing service provided reasonable quote and stood by their word for scheduling and work completion. Strongly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. We have been in Maui for over 7 years now and we have used local services as much as we can, specifically for plumbing services but not happy with 2 local businesses. We finally decided to go outside of Lahaina and went with Steve's plumbing services and we're so glad that we did. I don't know if you have experienced observing your plumber go back to the service van multiple times during the hour for a period of 10 to 15 minutes at a time, and sometimes see them on the phone. No wonder it took an hour a piece to change the shower valves or it takes 2 people to replace a foot long gas pipe for an hour, or they don't have the parts to complete the repair, therefore waiting for another technician to come with the parts. BTW, you're paying for the wait time. Anyways, with Steve's plumbing services, you call or request for a quote online, the response is quick and very friendly, schedule a time for a technician to review and assess your repair request, tell you the total cost upfront and that is it. I specifically like to mention that the technician that came over is Victor Zuber and will definitely request for him when plumbing services is needed again.
