I wish there was a zero star. He charged my over $30K to do a water line leak..... Did it incorrectly. County found out. Never pulled permits,water was leaking all over the place. The county Fined them. THEY HAD TO REDO THE JOB...... Six months later I get a mechanical lean from the excavator That they hired to do the job correctly the second time around. I guess they forgot to pay him. They are paying him after I called the office...They got caught again I guess. AND the poor excavator, they docked his pay $1000.....so he told me. What kind of person/company does business like this.

These guys are CROOKS. I scheduled an appointment and they called me the day of my appointment to reschedule- apparently my job was not a high priority. I had to reschedule for another day and then they never showed! My account was apparently ""credited"" $50 for the inconvenience, but then when someone finally did show, they told me that $50 credit couldn't be used towards the estimate visit...only actual service. Same story for the $100 voucher I bought from Mauiforless.net. - no where does it say it can only be used on actual service in the fine print. They wanted over $1500.00 to replace a pedestal sink...the guy told me the whole project would take 2 hours and the parts are less than $500 at Home Depot?! I'd say thats one heck of an hourly rate. I'm happy to pay for quality and timely service, but these guys are a TOTAL RIP OFF.

Guy walked in and walked out and charged me $31 to do nothing after giving me a $500 quote and said the work would only take an hour. First of all the only profession that I would pay $500 an hour for is an attorney or a surgeon. I called a local plumber and he came and did the work for under $100. shame on this company

We had a great experience with Steve's Plumbing. I received an email and phone call to tell me when to expect them, they used a total of three carpeted mats to cover the work area, and wore shoe covers when inside the house. They assessed the problem, made their recommendation and replaced the kitchen faucet quickly. We provided the faucet and they did a nice clean installation. They even offered to put the things back under the sink I took out. Great job. Thanks Jeremy and Randy!

We had a couple of plumbing problems: Our water pressure was too high due to a faulty step-down regulator, and we had an old unused water softener connected to our system that was corroding. Dan Cardenas did a great job explaining our options (""platinum"", ""gold"", ""silver"" and ""band aid""). Part of what he did was removing the old water softener tank and re-plumbing the system so that we have meters to check the incoming and stepped down water pressures, and valves where water can be shut off to isolate problems. He was very knowledgeable, fun to talk with, and we now have a very impressive system where problems can be detected and troubleshot before there's water damage. We took Dan's business card so we can have him back for inspections and future plumbing issues.

An update on my previous review of Steve's Plumbing. Today I got a call from their General Manager and was told this was an individual who acted on his own and not in conformance with company's policy. He promised to honor the verbal estimate of $300 + tax. I am very satisfied with their prompt and fair approach. I got the feeling that he was pretty unhappy with that particular employee. The only lesson from this incident is for me - never forget to get a written estimate. :-)

I am writing this review because of the superior service that Chris R. gave my mom while on vacation. My mom was in a dilly of a pickle while on vacation had rented a property and when she couldn't get a hold of the owner to remedy the issue she called Steve's Plumbing. Chris R. swooped in to the rescue and was able to rectify the problem! Thanks Chris for taking such good care of my mom and helping salvage her vacay!

My wife called for a simple kitchen faucet fix and they came within two hours of the call. Our tech, Joey, was clear and courteous about the problem and fixed it quite quickly. Though Steve's plumbing is considered expensive for bigger jobs, our problem did not cost much at all. If anything else goes wrong with our plumbing in our unit, we're not going to hesitate to call this company. (Only four stars because we didn't have a bigger job for them.)

Dan Cardenas and Christian Ornong were very professional and clean. They explained everything they were going to do and gave us a fair bid. They installed a tankless hot water heater, hook up for a icemaker, fixed the bathtub leak and rearranged some Old funky plumbing that was not done right. They completed all of this in one visit, I would highly recommend them , and Dan has 30 yrs of experience.
