When given an unexpected $8000 bill I was relieved when Steve's offered 1 year free financing. I was ask for my credit card number in case my credit wasn't approved and no charge would be placed on the card. I received a call from the finance company with approval and a call from Steve's confirming I was financing 100% of the charges. Ten days ago I received my credit card statement with a $4000 charge from Steve's. I thought it was a mistake and a quick credit would be issued. I called Steve's 5 times to resolve this. Since I never received the promised call to clear this up I sent an email to the person I was told was responsible for issuing the credit. As of today I have not heard back.

We had water leaks behind the water heater and was not able to detect which pipes were leaking. Mr. Alex Amina, Jermaine, and Ed of Steve's Plumbing were very professional and provided information on the repairs. Mr. Amina and Jermaine did a great job on repairing our pipes. I used the power of Yelp to help me find a plumber on Oahu. Boom, Steve's appeared! I called them and made an appointment. This and one other is where they didn't get the five stars that they should deserve. I booked my appointment and was given a three hour window, which is cool. I called the day of the appointment at 2:30pm to confirm my appointment. The dispatcher had to call the service technician who had to push my appointment to 4-5pm. Not the best, but I understand things come up. 5:30pm rolls around, I call back and they tell me the technician couldn't make it that day and asked if they could reschedule for the next day. Well, I wasted five and a half hours of my day, but they offered to waive the service fee which was acceptable. The guys can the next day, early, were super friendly and informative, apologized for the day before. They got the work done quick and clean. The only issue was one of the shower handles leaks when on, which they will be fixing on their next visit in a couple days, as they are coming out for more work. Aside from the small communication error, I would recommend them. They are helpful and good at what they do. Yayaya, the leaky handle, it's only when on, and they would have come back either way to fix it.

I called Steve's Plumbing Services twice for 2 different repairs to our old house. Appts by phone or online were easy, ladies on the phone very nice and helpful. I like that appts reminder calls about half hour before arrival. Technician was on time both times. Jeremy is very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, neat, and productive. He explained everything in clear terms, provided options with quotes, cleaned up, sent invoices and photos for my record. I specifically request Jeremy for 2nd repair job. I will call Steve's Plumbing again and refer to family and friends. Thank you Jeremy :), have a great day!

I had the pleasure of having Bill Hensley from Steve's Plumbing to install a Tankless Water Heater. I cannot speak highly on his knowledge and professionalism. He was very personable and got the job done in a timely manner. If anyone is ever looking for a great plumber, look up Bill Hensley. You will not go wrong.

All we needed was the faucet in the kitchen replaced. The plumber came with a really nice selection of faucets to choose from and did a good job. I told him we were trying to keep costs tight since we are in hard economic times but he seemed determined to keep adding on other items over and over till I finally had enough! It waqs like dealing with a USED CAR SALESMAN! The work was professional but the job ended up being over $1000 with the faucet replaced and the drain pipe from the sink. I was shocked! Never again!

I wanted to do a quick follow up. Couple months after our new water heater was installed, there was a slow leak coming from the T. The same friendly and professional technicians followed up with the issue. After assessment, they confirmed it was a part defect and not a technichian error. Lyle and Kristian went right to work and fixed/replaced the part. I want to make it clear to everyone that these guys are top notch. I have greater respect for these guys and plumbers in general. They work long hours, go from site to site, and work late. Like many of us, we have a family to tend to, and these gentlemen are working hard after hours ensuring that the job is done right. Thank you Lyle and Kristian for giving us peace of mind.
