On a Sunday morning I had the luck of hitting the water main in my front yard while digging what should have been a harmlessly shallow trench. I found Steve by a recommendation from an acquaintance and what a great find - Steve was actually happy to take the call on a Sunday morning, was out as soon as I was able to clear good access to the puncture, and was able to quickly fix it at a very fair price ... saved the day!

Steve knows what he's doing, but he saw me coming and I'm sure he will with you too.

He quotes me $125 to clear a drain and then gets here and wants $250 because he has to remove my toilet to get a root out... I'll bet you from start to finish he was barely here for half an hour... it was 100% labor, and he charged me $250.

He also did a crappy job putting the toilet back too. It wasn't level and the caulking was spotty and uneven. It also wasn't seated in the same spot so you can see the outline of where it was previously.

Then, he runs out before I can even inspect what was done or ask questions and did not clean up whatsoever.

I've used Steve in the past so I was really surprised by this encounter.

Wow, I'm blown away at the knowledge and expertise of these plumbers. They were quick, and professional. They offered their recommendations on other suggestions. I checked with other plumbers and he beat the price. I had him change the shower valve, shower head and spout to a new one. I used MOAN brand.

FYI: Glacier Bay is the cheapest product and you will have problems. (Only exception are the toilets)

Called Steve and his guys came out within the hour with the faucets we needed replaced. They were efficient and left us feeling confident in the job they performed. Works and looks great. We sent pics of the current faucets and they purchased similar replacements that go well with the hardware we have in place. I highly recommend this company and will use their services again.

I called Steve Parson Plumbing at 12:02 pm, I told him Im having issues with my faucet, he told me he can't undestand my english just text him and he will be there within an hour. I did text him the address at 12:04 pm followed up with the problem. At 2:37 Pm I texted him again if he could come, he stated later today or morning. I texted back to cancel and if he cannot deliver just courtesy email (text) will do, and thanked him. I dont know the quality of his work it may be excellent or not but when you commit a time frame just be there, or inform the prospective customer a simple update. I dont know maybe they are having a bad day. Im speaking based on my experience.

I want to give a shout-out to this company. We have a historic home in San Diego, and the crawl space is limited, to say the least, to fix plumbing issues under the house. Our water heater had a slow leak that we didn't know about until the water came in the laundry room and squished up through our flooring. I called Steve and he had his guy out here ( during the pandemic, no less!) and a new water heater was installed with proper plumbing within about two hours!! Steve was so kind and gave us a great price for the water heater, parts, and installation. We were very pleased, and would totally use him again, and we highly recommend his services!!
