I called Steve Parsons Plumbing about a leak in our downstairs bathroom and they were at our house the same day. They happened to be near our home and said they'd swing by to check it out. Within an hour the simple leak was fixed and even showed us what to look for if something similar occurs in our bathroom, again. Something simple for them was massive for us and they didn't overcharge. We thought because it was the Holiday Season that we'd be taking a loan out to pay for their service. Not the case at all. They said that if we feel compelled to refer others when they have plumbing issues they would appreciate it. Whenever I hear the word plumbing in a conversation from this point forward we will be mentioning Steve Parsons Plumbing. Make the call if you need them...

I lived in my house since 2009, about a year later my local plumber went MIA and never heard from him again. I called Steve Parsons Plumbing and they came to the rescue. Since 2010 him and his crew are the only guys I call when we need services (showers, kitchen sink, Bathroom sink, toilet clogs..and more) They're professional, hard working and get the job done right! Straight forward and honest. I've used Steve for many different plumbing issues in my facility. He's always knowledgeable and fair. Steve and Tom came to my house to help with clearing some drain lines. I called them early in the morning the day after Christmas and they were at my house by noon. They were very respectful of my home and were extra careful to make sure they did not create more mess than was necessary and made sure everything was clean when they were done.

Before Steve came out he asked me to describe what the issues were and told me my issues might not be just one simple issue which I already knew because I had several issues going on and had been trying to fix it myself already. He quoted me a reasonable inspection fee and said he would quote me a fee to resolve what he found once he found out what was going on. The fee to resolve my issues was also reasonable.

My main sewer line is 85 years old and Steve recommended that I get it scoped to ensure that nothing more severe was wrong but he did not use high-pressure sales tactics or try to increase the quoted fee or grow the scope of work to get more money.

I have an older home with a lot of old plumbing and will need more work in the future. I will definitely call Steve again. Thanks!

Steve dose a great job! Well rounded knows a lot about the sewer systems and how to keep them free of debris.
Also knows a lot about Plumber. Actually is a really good plumber. I have use Steve and his crew often for plumbing and he makes it easy! Water heaters pressure valve repipes of copper line relocations etc. He Installs bathtubs, showers pans& valves and replaces faucets too.
Competitive pricing as well.

I found Steve Parsons Plumbing via Craigslist quite a few years back for an emergency at my home. It was an after hours call but him and one other guy came out and handled the job professionally until it was fixed. He and his team have always been very reliable and fairly priced. I've recommended him to so many people who too have been very please with them. I recently bought a new dishwasher, I was being very lazy and didn't want to install it myself so I called Steve Parsons plumbing and they were there that day, got the job done quick and easy.
