I just had Alex out this morning to repair a leaking toilet. Within 45 minutes, he had fixed the problem. He did a great job and Only charged me $100. Super friendly guy toward me, my son and my dog. I figured I would update a review since I haven't done it in a while. I've been using Steve Parsons plumbing for at least five years and they have never let me down. I will continue to recommend them.

I have been using Steve Parsons for the past year for all kinds of plumbing issues. I have a 1959 house with some old pipes that require routine care. Last year I had a terrible sewer blockage affecting the entire house. I called three reputable plumbers, but none of them were able to unclog the drain. One of the plumbers even tried to hydro through the pipes but was unsuccessful. I received Steve's number from a family friend and gave him a try. Wow, I am so glad I did, because he was able to get through the clogged drain.

About three months ago, I called Steve Parsons again for a leak coming from the Delta shower cartridge, which is located behind the shower handle. This was not an easy fix considering the age of my home, but once again he fixed the problem.

Today, I called Steve Parsons for a clogged shower drain in the master bathroom, and once again his employee (Ed) showed up on time as promised. Ed did a great job unclogging the drain, and being careful not to track dirt in the house. Thanks Steve Parsons for coming through; honest, dependable and reasonably priced!

It's the second time we contact Steve and he always responds in a promptly manner, is professional and has reasonable rates.

The first time we contacted Steve we were out of the country and had an emergency at one of the rentals; the water heater stopped working during a 3-day weekend. Steve immediately replied to our texts and e-mails and got the job done the very next day, when he arranged time with tenant. Steve sent us pictures to keep us posted to what the problem was and how he solved it. This was over six months ago and, so far, we haven't had any issues with this problem after he fixed it.

We just had to contact Steve again for a leak that was happening in another tenant's place. Steve responded to our text and calls very quickly, got the job done (sent us these pictures of before and after).

We see Steve as a reliable, competent professional who has fair rates and will not take advantage of you (even when you cannot be present to see).

Thanks Steve, it was nice doing business with you again. We will contact you when plumbing issues happen again.

Steve parsons has been our go to plumbing guy for a little while now. We run a vacation rental home and being an older house we always need help last min with plumbing problems. I found this company via Craigslist. I'm usually skeptical of going that route. I then discovered they were on Yelp, so I decided to read a few reviews. Most of their reviews were good, so I decided to visit their website. It could use some work, but overall it was helpful. On the website it read customers can call or text, I decided to text. It was after business hours, but I was desperate. I sent a short text and about five minutes later I got a reply of ""Yep"". I followed up with another text and received no reply. However, first thing the next morning, I got another reply. Long story short, we set up a time and an Alex showed up to help, he was very friendly. After a quick conversation I asked him how much it would cost to perform the needed work. He quickly told me $200. I
considered that expensive, but I needed it done. Alex utilized his tools to scope my drainage line and locate it on my property. He then offered helpful advice for my situation. I just want to say thanks for the prompt service, I greatly appreciated it. If I need help in the future, I will call on your company again and so should any readers of this review.

Steve and his guys Alex and Tom are top notch professionals! They work quickly and neatly. This a plumbing company you can thoroughly trust. The replaced our main lines in a short time and for a great price.

We were told by our home inspector, we needed to replace some plumbing, Steve and his guys found some loose bolts and they tightened them. We were quoted way more elsewhere. Thanks to Steve and his honesty our problem fixed and our wallet intact.
