The outdoor faucet at our home was leaking into the kitchen and the basement. We contacted multiple plumbers to get a quote. Steve Morin, the owner responded to my inquiry very quickly. He answered all of my questions and provided a very reasonable quote ($350 to $450). He explained that the final pricing would be dependent on the repair.
Jesse Morin, arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. He was also very informative and showed me what he needed to do to make the repair. He answered all my questions. I actually learned things about the plumbing in our home of 20 years.
Added bonus: Jesse was actually able to do the repairs at the lower side of the quoted price range. The Morin family is now our new #1 plumber of choice!!!

Got scheduled the day and time I wanted. Showed up a half hour late, but most plumbers have half hour window. Because we knew the source of the leak, they did not charge diagnostic fee. Cleaned up afterwards (for the most part). Very friendly. They only take one type of credit card and charge an extra fee if you use credit card (5%). But Jesse did a great job. Would definitely use them again! Bonded and insured.

Steve was great on the phone with providing a quick quote and one that was the best value quote we could find. With ours being an urgent issue he booked us in for the following day and his son came to fit the water heater. He wore a mask at all times however he didn't introduce himself so he caught my wife off guard slightly, but he was pleasant, continuously washed his hands and they did a fantastic job, hauled away the old heater, and we have a great 1 year warranty covered by Steve of any issues arise. We will definitely use Steve again.

Steve Morin plumbing put in a water heater for us back in May. Great service and no mess. Today I woke up with water in the basement next to the water heater. I instantly called and they got someone out to us so quickly and helped us figure out the issue (it was NOT the water heater).

Thankfully the informative staff member really helped make my morning suck a little bit less and helped direct us of who we needed to call next seeing that it was a city sewage issue.

I had a backup sump pump malfunction and I just want to give kudos to Steve and Jesse for diagnosing the problem and seeing it through to the end. Puts a homeowner at ease knowing they won't have a flooded basement. Steve makes sure the job is done right before signing off on it.
