This guy wanted $255 to replace a water shutoff valve for a washing machine, the total cost for both valves is around $30, and you simply unscrew the old ones and screw on the new ones. I will tell my niece how to do it over facetime. Don't use this guy!!!!

Steve Morin and his son Jesse are fantastic. We were out of the country when we kept getting texts that our backup sump was malfunctioning. Since Howald Plumbing installed it ~4 years ago, our house sitter called them. They sent out Andrew who said the pump and fuse box was bad and needed to be replaced immediately for $1600.00. I called Steve Morin and Jesse came out the next day. He inspected both the main and backup pumps and fuse box on the battery backup and said both were working fine. By replacing the fuse, he saved us approximately $1400.00. We are most grateful and can't recommend him enough!

Jesse came out to replace a toilet and install a bidet and take the old one away. On time. On budget. Fair price. Stands by their work. EASY to work with. Asked if they are taking on even the small jobs like faucet fix and replace and they said for sure. They do gas lines as well. They are our new plumber going forward.

Extremely efficient. Called on Wednesday afternoon and Jesse showed up on Thursday morning exactly on time. Hard worker and I needed 2 water valves replaced. Jesse Morin came out and did a fantastic job. Professional and informative as he taught me a few things along the way. I rarely hire contractors because I don't know who to hire or trust with the job, but now I found a plumbing company i can trust with reasonable upfront flat fee for job. I needed the refrigerator icemaker valve and washer hot/cold valve replaced. The valves were no longer fully closing without some water flow and needed replacement. Jesse expertly completed the job, and I highly recommend him. At the same time I was replacing a refrigerator 2 way valve / solenoids and Jesse made sure all was operational before leaving - this was not part of the quote but gave me peace of mind that my refrigerator leak was also resolved. Best contractor that I ever hired 36 years of homeownership. If you need a plumber, hire Jesse! His dad runs the scheduling and backend of the business.
