He was a super nice, down to earth guy and was able to diagnose my old furnace problem right away, had the parts in stock and could fix the problem asap. I heard of him from NextDoor and he matched his high reviews. I would highly recommend him and would call him again if I need him in the future. We were in a pickle after having someone install a number of split HVAC units on our remodel. After looking up qualified pioneer service companies, we called Steve Moore Quality Air. Simply stated, these guys rocked! The previous gentleman who installed some of our split units had done a very poor job. The gentleman from Steve Moore Quality Air came out and very quickly, assessed the issues and were able to effect the repairs within an hour and a half. Additionally, they identified other Code issues and addressed them as well. All of this was done at a very reasonable price too. We will certainly be contacting Steve Moore Quality Air again if we have any issues with our split HVAC units. Would highly recommend them to you.

My energy costs have gone down and I am thoroughly pleased with the work that was done and the crew that was clean and neat and on time.
