Steve Moore Heating is an amazing company. I highly recommend you call them. My heating system was not heating, only pumping out cold air. He came in and thoroughly checked my system and found I simply needed a new thermostat. He provided one that was slightly used for free. My total charge to get my heater working was the service charge of $89. What an honest, hard-working, fabulous company. He even offered to plaster around the smaller thermostat so it was ready to paint. Give him a call. You will not be disappointed.

Steve Moore and his crew are truly top of the line. They removed an old HVAC system from a cramped attic and replaced it with a beautiful new gas furnace, including all new ducting. They are price competitive, but with them you get the very best service. The guys are polite, highly competent, and left the place nice and clean at the end. They set the furnace up to be AC compatible when we add that in a bit later. There is zero doubt in my mind that Steve and his crew will be the ones we have back for the next phase! There were a few old boxes in the attic that Steve even took extra time at the end of the job to help me get them out of the attic. I am sure he was tired and ready to get home, but how very thoughtful of him. From the initial set-up of service to the very end, his high level of responsiveness and communication was greatly appreciated.

We had Steve install a pioneer mini split in our 1959 ranch home today,
no ducts and low attic space. Decided on a minisplit. So impressed !!


I recommend this company, he even came out to see the electrical work that needed to be done was correct.
Then installed with crew and taught me how to use and keep up the equipment.
He goes the extra mile, I had other bids incl. Home Depot and he out beat them with not only price but professionalism.

Steve and his team are professional, courteous and care about my home and heating/AC system.
They arrived on time, worked diligently as a team; cleaned up each day; even did ""extras"" to make my heat pump installation perfect!
All aspects of the installation look neat and professional.
He is very responsive after the installation is complete. I had a Nest thermostat question and he was able to guide me through the new setting I wanted.

I cannot believe I have not posted a review after over one year. Well, better late than never. Here it is:

Steve and his guys are just awesome. A bit of history... for 18 years, my old unit never worked right. The problem was that I never once had what I would consider really cold air coming out of my vents with the old unit. What's worse was that many times the unit would kick in and the vents would blow warm air, especially on hot days. I even called the company who installed it back a couple of times and all they did was they adjusted the amount of refrigerant. Still, it never worked right.

When it finally quit, I went to Yelp and found Steve. After he put in the new outdoor unit, it did not work as expected either, but he did not just stop there and was determined to get to the bottom of this. After some detective work, it was deemed that the evaporator coil was partially blocked (very rare, and just my luck, but explains why for the last 18 years, my unit just didn't work quite right). Now mind you, it's a lot of work just to get to this point, navigating tight and dusty attic space on a hot day. Fast forward, Steve called several sources and located the right coil for the limited space I have in my attic, then gave me a very reasonable quote, and proceeded to replace the faulty one.

I'm happy to have found Steve. He's down to earth and not pushy. I'm pretty sure that had I called someone else, I would have been told the same again, that maybe it's the best I could get. Steve and his team exemplify great customer care, going above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.

Steve and his crew were great. I was sure our ac unit needed to be replaced but Steve came in and took a look and did a cheap servicing and our ac works great again. We also used them for our small business ac and he didn't try to upsale us when there were no issues. Reliable and honest...what more could you ask for?
