Steve and his helpers responded the same day when my air conditioning unit broke down. I was prepared to replace the 18 year old Lennox unit that we had. They determined that an inexpensive part was all that we needed and the unit was working great.
Saved us a large expense at a much reduced cost. Will definitely call again in future.

My a/c wasn't working and I just had Steve Moore Quality Air come and repair it. He is a small local company, Reasonably priced service call and he did not try to upsell me at all! I needed a new filter which he told me was cheaper to buy on Amazon and I had one additional part that was needed that he had on his truck was a fair and reasonable cost, everything was up and running in 45 minutes and my house is nice and cool . I called him on Monday, he scheduled me within this week and was on time, professional and affordable. I always try to support small and local so I'm just putting the recommendation out there

My heating system was not working well, I called Steve and made an appointment for him to come to my home and see if it could be repaired. He said that it was possible to replace the circuit board but since the heater was over 30 years old it was time for a new one. I appreciated that he was willing to try and fix the old one and not just sell me something without giving me all of my options. I did end up having him replace the heater, he was busy and we made an appointment for a week later to get the job done. He gave me a very good price, upgraded my heater and completed the work quickly. He even came back a few days later and adjusted the fan speed for me. I highly recommend him for your heating needs!

I developed a leak in the coil of my 5yr (-2week) A/C and was having trouble getting going with a warranty repair. Steve Moore advised several times with how we could proceed IF I failed to get coverage from my installer. He provided outstanding, timely return calls and a great written quote to put our HVAC right. Although I ultimately received warranty covered service Steve Moore will be my go-to guy going forward.

On what was recorded as the coldest night of the year, our heater failed. Evidently, so did many other heaters fail that night, as every HVAC repair company we called (including Steve), did not have an opening in their schedule for days. While several said they would try to fit us in that day (none did), only Steve called to let us know he wouldn't be able come. However, he volunteered that he would fit us in the next day, even if it meant at the end of a very busy day.

True to his word, Steve called the next day to let us know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed and showed us the defective part, a broken/cracked ignitor. Fortunately for us, he had the inexpensive part on his truck which he quickly installed.

Steve is very knowledgeable and professional. His fees are reasonable, and he never tried to sell us on new equipment or something we didn't need. I for one appreciate his ability and willingness to communicate with his customers throughout the entire repair process.

I would highly recommend Steve Moore to anyone looking for HVAC services. Especially if you are looking for a second opinion when questioning another company's HVAC analysis and recommendations.

My heater stopped working during one if the coldest weeks of the year. When Steve and his apprentice came out, it was fixed within an hour. He also checked the vent on the roof to make sure that it wasn't blocked. Steve is very competent, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend him!

Our HVAC system suddenly started blowing a nasty smell from the unit and in one of our bathroom sinks. I called Steve, he walked me through some steps to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, which is above and beyond what I expected. We ended up needing to schedule him to come out. Steve is very knowledgeable and kind. My issue was quickly fixed and now my system is no longer stinky! I've already recommended him to all my neighbors. Steve (and his wife) are awesome! I was looking for a way to keep my son's room cool for the summer. He recommended a mini split system, which he installed.
