I finally decided to go ahead with having heating and AC installed in my home. I was very impressed with Steve Moore. Steve came out and made a careful assessment of my situation. I was starting from scratch, no duct work or any sort of ventilation system in the original structure, so I was expecting the project to be messy, complicated, and expensive. However, Steve was able to recommend the most efficient and economical system for me. The installation was quick (It only took 3 days.) and very unobtrusive. Steve and his team was super polite, and Steve made an extra trip by my home the Sunday afternoon before they were scheduled to start in order to make sure of the details for locations of vents and registers, etc. All of Steve's guys were very respectful of my space. They put down protectors for my hardwood floors, and they wore shoe covers on the carpet. Each day during the installation, they cleaned up everything and removed all the dust and debris so that when I arrived home from work, I wouldn't even have known that anyone had been in except for the progress made. The new Rheem unit is a dream, and as promised the outside condenser is super quiet. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be using Steve Moore Quality Air again! Thank you Steve.

First time customer with Steve. Just wanted to give kudos to Steve Moore Quality and Air. Called him first thing this morning because my thermostat was no longer working. I knew it wasn't a battery thing so needed someone to take a look. Thinking that maybe my furnace had broken down, I called Steve and he came right over. Diagnosed the cause and within an hour a new thermostat and a working furnace! He is not only prompt but courteous and very professional. Can't get any better than that! We hired Steve to replace our heater, put in central air and replace our hot water heater. I can't say enough about Steve and his assistant Bo. I had a good feeling from the beginning when he himself came out and explained what was available to me. He was easy to work with, even when my hot water heater blew 5 days prior to getting it replaced. He was patient in waiting till we could repair drywall and platform for heater & water heater. He was very reasonable, cleaned up everyday and professional. You won't be disappointed if you go with Steve Moore Quality Air.

Steve is easy to connect with via yelp, text, calls whatever you need. He was very thorough even with my initial questions on what a service call would entail. I appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions, a lot of the other companies had short replies and I just had a good feeling about Steve from the initial yelp messages. It took me a few months to schedule an appointment (I was lazy), but as soon as I wanted an appointment, he was accommodating.

For the service call he was detailed and pointed out areas of concern, but since our furnace is in good shape he didn't try and tell us we needed to fix anything or replace it (wheewwww!). While he was testing it, he noticed how noisy it was so he suggested changing out our intake grill. The next day he bought out replacement filters and the grill and changed it out as part of the initial service call. Wow, it's actually quieter now, who knew that would make such a big difference. Steve did! He is honest and thorough and I 100% would recommend him to my family, friends, and you!

I got a quote from Steve and others on a coil replacement for my air conditioning system. His quote was very close to several others, but I felt more comfortable with Steve's communication skills. The repair was completed recently and I am really glad I choose him to do the repair. The workmanship was excellent, the price did not go up after the quote and he left the work areas spotless clean. I am really pleased with his attention to detail and the whole process from beginning to end. I definitely would want him back again if another repair comes up.

I opened a Yelp account just so I could rave about Steve ! Absolutely phenomenal service ! I'd give him infinite stars if I could. We had several quotes, his price was the best. He's also a perfectionist, which is what you want from a contractor. He cares and it's genuine. We still had the original system in, home was built in 1986. We needed the whole enchilada. He was efficient, knowledgable, friendly and courteous. You can't ask for anything more. And seriously, how many contractors actually come on time ? In my experiences ... ZERO! Well, get ready to be shocked. Our job took 2 days - both days he was outside waiting for us - came early. Call Steve - you will not regret ! His employees were awesome also and that's a reflection on him.

Where to even begin with this so called business...it's appalling how the state of California will just hand out a business license to just about anyone! Steve came into my house and immediately I felt a bad vibe! Very unprofessional and intimidating. I'm not quite sure if it was the fake smile he tried to put on, the lack of knowledge, or the stench of alcohol excreting from his pores. I am am older gal who's ex father in law was in HVAC Industry and based on our short in home visit, I myself had more knowledge that this soo called businessmen. I would not recommend Steve Moore Quality Air to anyone I know. It's unfortunate that Yelp even will list businesses such as this! PLEASE call around locally before calling this business!

I live out of town and my Mom who lives in a Carlsbad mobile home park was having trouble with her furnace last Saturday. Went to Yelp to try and find a repair service for her and called one listed. My call finally ended up going to a ""leave-a-message"" recording after being transferred three times. I hung up. Next was Steve Moore Quality Air. I called and Steve himself answered right away! I explained my situation and he said ""No Problem"" and made an appointment with Mom for a service call on Wednesday (she was out of town). Long story short, he went by today, did some troubleshooting and determined only the batteries in the thermostat were bad and replaced them. He then reprogrammed the thermostat settings, checked to make sure the furnace came on ok, and Mom's out of the cold now. And get this...he did not charge for a service call and would not take a gratuity from either Mom or myself!!!! Any repairman could have easily said a new thermostat, blower motor, controller card, etc. would fix the problem and I had visions of a repair costing a few hundred dollars, but that won't happen thanks to Steve. Mom's going to pass out his business cards at her next Bingo game and put in a good word for him. We're both still in shock. Thanks Again Steve, you're a very good person and hope you have many blessings come your way.

Steve was in Tennessee when I called and left a message. Within minutes he returned the call and we arranged an appointment when he returned.
Steve arrived on time and determined that the furnace needed a new circuit board. He made arrangements to pickup the part and install it the next day. Problem solved!!!!!!
He charged me his cost for the board and labor to install it (very reasonable)(VERY)
