Love Steve Moore. He just installed a new heater/ac unit in our condo. Prices fair and unit runs quiet and efficiently. He showed up on time and cleaned after each days work. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him. Honest good guy.

Our experience with Steve was nothing short of excellent. He is helpful, responsive, educated and kind.

Inheriting an old HVAC system, we scheduled a consultation with Steve. One day before the planned visit, the heater broke. He was able to troubleshoot a temporary solution, helped find the part on Amazon and showed my husband how to install the part when it arrived. He also showed me how to use my fireplace and the next day, took an after hours call when the part arrived and we had questions.

We decided to install a full new heating and air system with Steve. He provided a good quote and gave plenty of scheduling options. The day of install he had three people which meant the install took less than one full day.

The experience from start to finish was easy and flawless. These are big purchases so having a trustworthy vendor is key. Steve Moore is exactly that.

My old system was ancient, and Steve and his team removed the old and installed the new, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the install. Very responsive, on time, no surprises. They were all great to work with and cleaned up after themselves. All around an A+ experience. I highly recommend this company!

Normally, I invite at least 3 companies to provide estimates and gauge their take on how I should approach a home improvement need. I contacted Steve first based on the great Yelp reviews. Made an appointment and prior to the appointed date/time, he called and informed me that he was coming. When he did arrive, he was properly masked-which is very important to me. He also took off his shoes, which I thought to be quite respectful. We chatted about my needs for a new AC and replacement of the furnace, and Steve took a look around the house and attic. After completing his inspection, he noted that he would send me an estimate in a few hours. Whenever I hear that from contractors, I always think to myself: ""yeah, right."" Sure enough, within a few hours, Steve kept his word and sent the estimate. We texted a bit regarding the project, and I decided that this was the company I was going to use without the need to contact anyone else. Steve's crew arrived on time the day of the installation, did what they needed to do, and returned the next day to complete the job. I am not an expert on HVAC, but I was shown the final product, and everything looked satisfactory to me. Steve even returned a few days after the job to tweak the furnace to make it more compatible to my needs and mentioned that anytime any tweaks needed to be done, he would be more than happy to come out and do so. Overall, as others have noted, when you select Steve Moore Quality Air for your HVAC needs, I believe you are selecting a quality company that values your input and provides respectful, no BS, and professional service. Prices are fair and Steve is trustworthy. Definitely has my recommendation.

Called Steve after reading other reviews. My mom's old furnace was working but wanted somebody to look at it just to confirm it was in good working order. Steve was so accommodating in fitting us into his schedule, before I headed back to NY. He and Joe showed up on schedule found a potential problem and told my mom he would be back to fix it as soon as he had the part...boy did he deliver. I can't say enough good things about him..a true professional, fair prices, respectful and honest. I wish I could clone him and use him for every thing that I need fixed. He is the real deal!!! Did I mention that he took the garbage cans out to the curb for my 87 yr old mom?? Thanks Steve!

Steve Moore Heating is an amazing company. I highly recommend you call them. My heating system was not heating, only pumping out cold air. He came in and thoroughly checked my system and found I simply needed a new thermostat. He provided one that was slightly used for free. My total charge to get my heater working was the service charge of $89. What an honest, hard-working, fabulous company. He even offered to plaster around the smaller thermostat so it was ready to paint. Give him a call. You will not be disappointed.

Steve Moore and his crew are truly top of the line. They removed an old HVAC system from a cramped attic and replaced it with a beautiful new gas furnace, including all new ducting. They are price competitive, but with them you get the very best service. The guys are polite, highly competent, and left the place nice and clean at the end. They set the furnace up to be AC compatible when we add that in a bit later. There is zero doubt in my mind that Steve and his crew will be the ones we have back for the next phase! There were a few old boxes in the attic that Steve even took extra time at the end of the job to help me get them out of the attic. I am sure he was tired and ready to get home, but how very thoughtful of him. From the initial set-up of service to the very end, his high level of responsiveness and communication was greatly appreciated.

We had Steve install a pioneer mini split in our 1959 ranch home today,
no ducts and low attic space. Decided on a minisplit. So impressed !!


I recommend this company, he even came out to see the electrical work that needed to be done was correct.
Then installed with crew and taught me how to use and keep up the equipment.
He goes the extra mile, I had other bids incl. Home Depot and he out beat them with not only price but professionalism.

Steve and his team are professional, courteous and care about my home and heating/AC system.
They arrived on time, worked diligently as a team; cleaned up each day; even did ""extras"" to make my heat pump installation perfect!
All aspects of the installation look neat and professional.
He is very responsive after the installation is complete. I had a Nest thermostat question and he was able to guide me through the new setting I wanted.

I cannot believe I have not posted a review after over one year. Well, better late than never. Here it is:

Steve and his guys are just awesome. A bit of history... for 18 years, my old unit never worked right. The problem was that I never once had what I would consider really cold air coming out of my vents with the old unit. What's worse was that many times the unit would kick in and the vents would blow warm air, especially on hot days. I even called the company who installed it back a couple of times and all they did was they adjusted the amount of refrigerant. Still, it never worked right.

When it finally quit, I went to Yelp and found Steve. After he put in the new outdoor unit, it did not work as expected either, but he did not just stop there and was determined to get to the bottom of this. After some detective work, it was deemed that the evaporator coil was partially blocked (very rare, and just my luck, but explains why for the last 18 years, my unit just didn't work quite right). Now mind you, it's a lot of work just to get to this point, navigating tight and dusty attic space on a hot day. Fast forward, Steve called several sources and located the right coil for the limited space I have in my attic, then gave me a very reasonable quote, and proceeded to replace the faulty one.

I'm happy to have found Steve. He's down to earth and not pushy. I'm pretty sure that had I called someone else, I would have been told the same again, that maybe it's the best I could get. Steve and his team exemplify great customer care, going above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.
